Close this store. It has no chance with with people you have working. It is Sunday, the two young boys you having working are useless. They opened your store 25 minutes late and didn't have the till properly set up. They turned away at least 10 customers. Close this store. You are wasting money. It has no chance of generating revenue with the two boys you have working.

False advertisement, says it's open but guys are busy closing the store at ~7:00 pm only selling products in the box. Has happened 3 times. Shame on me x 2.

Is this a JOKE, says they close at 9pm and my gf and I went in there at like 6:50 and they said they are closed, if they close early then they should update there hours bc it’s gonna make a lot of people go there for nothing, really wanted a cinnamon roll to, so disappointing.

i love this place!! the guy who is always wearing black does such a great job of helping me out when i’m stuck on what to order. he’s really professional too and always makes sure to let me know when the cinnabons were last made so i can get the freshest ones possible :) even when i order them unfrosted he doesn’t complain at all! great customer service

Bread wouldn't be so chewy if it was allowed to rise before baking, they would be soft and fluffy instead of thin and chewy and you could make more rolls out of the dough and they would have frosting on them still if they were either frosted after they cooled or if kept in a warmer frosted when ordered and the frosting doesn't need to be so sweet because the filing is plenty sweet

THE WORKERS RIP YOU OFF AND ARE CHEAP!! Do not go here, while the mall was closing the woman working there rudely yelled across the mall to tell us the Cinnabon’s were half off and charged us 40 dollars without saying our total. And we didn’t understand a word they were saying so it was hard to hear exactly what they were charging and The workers were NOT wearing masks
