*** see my follow up review. Service and quality of good went waaayyy down. Improperly or lack of food preparation regulations follow to prevent food poisoning********* Excellent service. We had a party of 9 dine in just to spend some time together and eat. It took maybe about 10 to 15 minutes for them to set up out seating area but that was the only negative part. Out server was very courteous and attentive. Giving us ample time to look through the menu, get our drinks, and order. Everyone was pretty satisfied with their food. Pricing is comparable to surrounding restaurants but the selection of pies and quality make it stand out in a positive note. Environment some what gives you the small diner feel. Staff was very thoughtful throughout the night. If they had extra fries, fried shrimp, and salad they offered it to us and other families dining it. Which was amazing. Definately check them out. It was my first time there and had a very good experience

Sharis has the best chain coffee ever!!! I love me a cup of Shari's joe! The food was awesome. Granted both burgers were well done even though we asked for med rare but they were still juicy and good. The philly style sandwich was amazing!! The fries are always sooo good and crunchy. The flop was that it took forever to get the meals. I mean over 30 minutes. The server was nice and it wasnt her fault but they need to get that ticket time down.

Horrible service. My boyfriend and I went here today for dinner and our waitress rushed through everything. Took us 15 minutes to get our milkshakes first, then another 15 minutes to get our food. Waitress didn't bring the water or extra napkins I asked for. My boyfriend asked for no tomatoes on his burger, and when he got it there was tomato and a nasty brown piece of lettuce. Fries were cold and soggy. We were never asked how our food was and we waited forever to get our check... when we did another 10 minutes went by so we ended up taking our check to the front counter to pay instead of waiting for our server. She was too busy cleaning tables and moving chairs around apparently to run the card so we could leave. Place was half empty so I don't know why our server seemed to be rushing and not even take the time to sure we were satisfied. Very disappointed. Will not go here again.

We received excellent service and the food was great! The restaurant was clean and tidy which is always appreciated! Our waitress, Dana, was so very friendly and thoughtful. She delivered a perfect order! She made our dinner experience a very memorable one. It's good to see there are still people who genuinely appreciate their job and others. We will be back soon!
