Tried sabudana khichdi, karvand juice, and alu vadi. reached at 9-30 in the morning to avoid waiting. Karvand juice was best, khichdi kakadi was also good. We recently tried Pune's iconic and famous KhiKa (Khichadi + kakadi) combo from Appa Khichadi! The Sabudana khichadi was soft, filling & definitely tasted even better with "kakadi koshimbir". We also tried Maharashtrian delicacies namely kothimbir wadi and alu wadi, both of them equally tasty and flavourful! Lastly, for the dessert we had pineapple sheera that had pineapple pieces in it which enhanced it's taste! The simplicity in the taste reminds us of the essence of Maharashtrian food.

One of the best place for snacks and breakfast where you will get Maharashtrian food. The quality and quantity of food was good and the packaging was so amazing. I tried their Khika combo and it's just mouth watering taste. Khichdi was so soft and fresh. Must try dish from appa khichdi. Also you can try their Aalu wadi, kothimbir wadi and Kokam sarabat. This is an old and famous place in Pune, so go and visit place appa Khichdi.

#foodreview So, recently we ordered food from Appa @appakhika , and Frankly I liked the taste very much. This is one of the best sabudana Khichadi I had in Pune city. The taste was authentic and feels like home made food. we tried Sabudana khichadi, Kakadi koshimbir, Aalu wadi and Kokam sarbat and all taste best. They serve unique beverages. I love there packaging and branding on the box.

One of the oldest places which serves some really yummy breakfast. We tried the famous sabudana khichdi,groundnut laddu and poha here and the taste was just mind blowing. The quality and the quantity was really good. I loved how the prices were pocket friendly and the food was just lip smacking. My friends introduced me to this place and I'm glad I explored it during my trip. The crowd here is a mix of people from all ages just sitting and enjoying the various yummy delicacies the chef dishes out. Each and every item served here has its unique taste and they always make sure to cater to your spice preferences as well while serving the dishes. The staff here are very friendly which will probably also be one of the many reasons i will visit this place again with family and friends.

We ended up having our breakfast/brunch here on the day of Ganpati Visarjan.. We tried Khichadi kakdi Pohe Batate wada Wada sample Matar usal I could not capture all the pictures as we were so hungry to have food. But wada sample and pohe were good. Although kakdi khichadi is also recommended to have here.. It's in exact front of tilak tank parking area. Can rate 1) Pohe 5/5 2) Batata wada chutni 4/5 as it was half cooked 3) Kakdi khichadi 4/5 same a little uncooked and kakdi was very freezed 4) Wada sample 5/5 It was best 5) Matar usal 5/5 it was good too and was a little sweet in taste Should surely visit if are very hungry as they serve fast. I feel they should keep tissues as it's necessity today, there are no tissues provided there so it becomes hard to wipe your hands after you wash.

Most happening place for quick breakfast. It is right next to Deccan Gymkhana. Finding a parking spot is little bit tricky, because lane is so narrow. But you can walk down the lane, where you can find paid parking. We had tried Kakdi khichadi which was refreshing but was on a sweeter side. We also tried Batata Wada, which was tasty. Then, we tried Kairicha Panha. Which was disappointing. Felt like drinking yellow cold water with sugar. Raw mango's punch was missing.
