Waited for over an hour before anyone even took our order, and the place wasn't that crowded. The wait staff seemed completely unconcerned and more interested in socializing with people on the other side of the restaurant (bar side) than on taking care of the dining room. The manager was very apologetic and actually wound up taking care of our table herself. She comped our entire meal, which is the reason for 2 stars; otherwise it would've been 1. Food wasn't even that great...my ribs were way over done. I felt sorry for the manager...she had some pretty sorry help.

Restaurant was full @ 50% capacity so we chose to eat in the sports bar. Great view of all the TVs. Loverboy had the shrimp basket. Hush puppies & shrimp were perfect. I ordered the Chicken Salad Croissant with fries. Best chicken salad i've had in a while. Sweet tea to drink, perfect lunch after picking up our auction items. We'll be back

Lost reservation, 40 minute wait afterwards, very bad service, at first thought it was short staffed but it wasn’t that. It was our server. The absolute worst service ever. We had to ask for everything, water, the complimentary rolls, silverware etc! Our salads came after the steak was served, had to chase down my sides! Our server never returned, worked tables beside us and behind us, but never checked on us even though he was standing two feet away. We waited over 25 min to be acknowledged that we were finished, but wanted dessert, gave our selections, which he forgot, then served with no utensils . But he did start cleaning our table while we were eating dessert! Very rude, and not acceptable to ask the customer to hand over used dishes. We drove over and hour to dine on Mother’s Day, but will never return . The manager should have noticed our lack of service, she was on the floor as well. She gets paid the same whether or not a customer is happy or very disappointed!!

The kids working there was very nice and and the service was pleasant but the food was probably the worst I've ever had . My husband didn't eat his at all and I only could stand a few bites of mine which was upsetting because I have been here in the past and it was an amazing experience. It's definitely went downhill A LOT!

My husband really liked his southwest hamburger steak. My food was ok. I had the grilled cajun chicken. The Service was ok at the beginning, bur we couldn't find our waitress for about 25 minutes when we were ready for the check. Highly HIGHLY recommend waiting and sitting on the restaurant side and not the bar side. Too many mouthy college kids that don't know what an inside voice is.

Our server Rachel O.was great,the food on the other hand was not as described in the menu. It didn't come made as described,and was small portion. The people "hostesses" all congregated in the front entrance blocking the entrance/exit,when I said excuse me so my husband and I could get by they were rude and snotty. First time there and the last. Very disappointing that some place that is supposed to be a great place to go was not so great and staff was nasty!!!

We used the Online Order option to have steaks and ribs. While the ribs were excellent and the sides tasty, the steaks were a huge disappointment; not even remotely cooked as requested. They also got the salads wrong. We've written to the home company twice via their own web page, commented on the review part of their Facebook page but never even received a single word back. While we understand mistakes can happen with orders, there is NO excuse for not being contacted when concerns are raised. Hugely disappointed as this was my last hurrah dinner before starting chemotherapy for colon cancer. My wife and I had our first date at the Pulaski location and wow, things have definitely changed for the worse. Very sad.
