We are kind of regulars over heard a young man whom is possibly a sever,his name was Tyler.at first thought he was great .not sure who he was directing his coment at."Man nothing to Serve out here but Knuckle sandwiches,"shame on you Tyler.your conduct was poor at best,dont care whom you were directing your comment at!!! He should not be a server,he clearly has anger issues worst experience at this restaurant in over10 years +😡 Hope i never see him again at the best Salad bar in town.

The waitress was great but the quality of both the salad bar and tacos were not at all worth what we paid. Also, the salad bar attendant, a very nice fellow, smelled of mildew and their air conditioner was only working intermittently, which is awful because it's 90-100 degrees right now. I should have asked for a refund.

Don’t ever order delivery from here. They could care less about how you receive your food. $100 DoorDash bill and everything was subpar.

The salad bar was trashed. The lettuce was brown, everything almost empty, and the dressings were mixed together. All of our entrees were horrible. Chicken tenders were burned and dry. The ribs were horrible. We felt really bad for our waitress because she was nice, and the restaurant was totally dead... but we know why. We will never go back. I am sure they will be out of business soon.

My first time dining at this Ruby Tuesday's, and it was very nice. I had ice tea, and a burger. Both were tasty, and filling. My wait person, Melissa, was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. When I ordered the burger, she explained to me that if I ordered it a different way, it would be $5.00 rather than $12.99. How refreshing, and wonderful to feel valued as a customer.

They had a computer outage, didn't tell anyone, guessed what our orders were, and delivered subpar wrong orders after a very long wait. That's on management, not staff. Also, $12.99 for that pitiful "famous" salad bar is a joke and the food tastes terrible. I used to genuinely like Ruby Tuesday. Now I know why they are going out of business.

Extremely disappointed by the price and quantity just ordered this a over half a hour ago and just received my order and Thais is what I received corn $5.00, rice $5.00 ,baked beans $5.00 per spoon amount and not even please be aware when ordering price and quantity I posted pics so everyone can have a idea of ridiculous portions

Ate here on a trip. Service was decent.<br/><br/>We had the AYCE salad bar and a steak.<br/><br/>The steak came out well and the extensive salad bar was even better.

Eat in not out. Don't try to order to go when you come here while on the road. Waited almost an hour for my order (salad and fish tacos)--everyone is too busy and there seems to be a great employee social happening there...

Bad service. Walked in the place was a mess even though there were no guests. No one was in a hurry to clean the dirty tale behind us where a kid threw his food on the floor. The food stayed on the floor for half the time we were there. To make our visit worse, I literally had to ask someone to fill the salad bar. Isn't that their job?? Then waitress came back to the table to ask me if the salad bar looked better. Seriously?? Who manages this place and let's it get this ridiculous? There are several more complaints but these are the main reasons I won't be returning to this location. Someone is really missing out on a lot of money by letting it go like this. No wonder there were no guests

Someone somewhere wants this restaurant to thrive, otherwise they wouldn't have dumped all that money into renovations. Being a recent culinary graduate, I too would like to see this place live up to its potential. A change in management would go a long way. The ambiance, menu, and products are always spot on, at least for a chain. But the workers are unmotivated and half assing their work at best. The salad bar, which is a huge draw in for people, is always a hot mess and unappealing. Small simple changes could save this place and it's a shame whoever dumped all their money here is either too lazy or too back boneless to turn it around.

Rob me tuesday's. The few times i have went no one ever acknowledged us and we walked out. then we went and sat at the bar thinking we would get better service.the manager looked like he was flirting with some of the waitress so the manager asked one of the waitress to wait on us since the bartender was gone and the waitress told him no. Horrible Horrible service, the wait staff runs the manager there or he is to busy chasing skirts to manage this place properly dont waste your time unless you know a waitress that works their that will take good care of you
