Baskin Robbins

My kids love to come here, but it is a bit pricey. We love how many choices there are, and I love that each flavor has an allergen label. You can ask for samples to taste the different flavors. And in the 31st of each month, scoops of ice cream are 31% off. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. There is outdoor seating in the front (by the road) and back (in the parking lot) of the store.

On a semi chilly day, we collectively decided while still eating dinner at a nearby restaurant (not impressed) to get ice cream. There are many choices in Provo however; my friend who was prepping for surgery the next morning had to have “Baskin Robins” We walked in and were greeted by a friendly gal. Although we couldn’t “get samples” due to Covid Quinn was especially helpful and friendly giving us suggestions and being extremely patient as we were very indecisive with “our ice cream choices” She smiled as we kept changing our minds and seemed to be understanding since we couldn’t get samples. I loved the Rocky Road & Mint chocolate ice cream! I gave them 5 stars because customer service/ quality of the product are extremely important! The cleanliness was also on point!

LOVE that their nondairy ice cream is the same price as the rest. I come to BR for that reason. And the taste is great (which can be difficult for non-dairy ice cream). Quality product. Workers are friendly and helpful. I always get a quart instead of the smaller servings because it is more cost effective and I get to take some home for later!
