the hook and ladder is so good every time. had a little trouble with their mobile app but the employees are great

I like firehouse, but they are difficult to work with. I got a bday free sub and it says to go to app and it was not listed, also it is down a lot. When I try to call the phone just rings and no one ever answers. A bit frustrating!

Very good subs provided with good service and a clean location. There are other chains my wife and I like better, but this location is good and we never object when friends vote on this for where we go to eat.

Only reason I knocked my score down was the tables were all dirty and they were not busy at all when I visited. Other than that great experience.

We spent a week in the Provo area and visited Firehouse 3 times. I had never eaten at Firehouse before even though it's pretty popular at home. Well, that's now changed and it's going to be my go-to sandwich place. Fresh, flavorful, and they support firefighters. At this location, the employees were efficient and very friendly. The place is clean and bright.

Honestly, the best Italian club sandwich I've ever eaten. Given, I haven't eaten at a lot of sandwich places, but Jersey Mike's, Sensuous Sandwich, and Subway all rank lower than this one. Plus, just reasonable prices and a clean, nice environment. I'll for sure be back for more!

These subs are great but you'll always wait awhile for your food. Regardless, the New York Steamer is one of the best pastrami-based subs around.

I love Firehouse subs! So awesome! It's just so amazing! I crave their sandwiches! Their Mac and cheese isn't good though. 😣

No complaints. Great tasting sub sandwiches with good bulk, fast service, and a great price. Never go to Subway ever again.
The service was also very amiable and accommodating. They also give you a free sandwich for your birthday, which is pretty darn cool.
