We had a positive experience. The employee who helped us, Adam, was very friendly and helpful. They helped my eight-year-old daughter change her order from a bowl to a plate, offered her a sample when she wasn’t sure between two items and was very friendly overall.
We did have to wait for chow mein and am entree, which appears common in the reviews here. But the wait wasn’t terrible and they were friendly and upfront in dealing with this.

I shout it out to Damaris who works at the Panda Express at the Provo Towne Centre!! She had to inform me that two items weren’t available and that there was a 4 min wait. She offered me a free drink while I waited and got my order ready as soon as she could. Very courteous and professional. Thanks I will be back because of you!

The location is easy to access and the restaurant is clean and spacious. Most of the time we get great food here but 1 out of every 3 or 4 times they are out of something or the food isn't as good as usual.

I love Panda Express! The food's great, the people are nice and quick, and it's just all around amazing. We go there at least once a month and have had great service. The website is also awesome because you can actually order online to skip the long lines! Love Panda!

There orange chicken always tastes really good. If you go on a evening around 6pm until close expect to sit in white the line to get any food. But definitely well worth the wait!

Wow! Today I tried for my first time sweet fire chicken! Mmmm it smells spicey but it isn't ! It's so good ! I never get to eat spicey things because I can't handle it but this is way good such a savory flavor and filling ! Yum!

Thoroughly impressed with this Panda Express. The quality of the food is significantly better than other branches that I have visited. Good and prompt service, highly recommend!

The most efficient and quick service I have ever received at a Panda Express, 5 min wait but once I got in the queue it was less than 5 minutes to check out. The entrees were hot and tasty, and everything seemed to be stocked up at 5:40 pm on a Friday. The fried rice could have used a little cabbage and celery instead of the stock peas and carrots, but all and all it was an excellent meal. Everyone was pleasant - no complaints.
