City Burger

Husband and I were working in the area and stopped in for a coffee. There were 3 employees standing at counter talking and not one acknowledged us. Then after finally ordering, the girl informs me I can't redeem my award stars... seriously? To make the visit even more worse, the coffee was literally disgusting. They don't know what they're doing. Do yourself a favor and pass this location.

I’m highly disappointed. I’ve been to this location before and it’s been okish. BUT today was not okay at all. I spent ten dollars on 2 coffees and both were disgusting. I ordered a caramel latte and there was no espresso in it what so ever. IT WAS STEAMED CARAMEL MILK. And the cold brew I ordered had more cream than coffee. DISGUSTED.

Even when it's busy there's never too long of a wait, if you go there past dinner time though expect them to not have any pastries available Edit: After a month I can say that there is a huge wait around 11, if you have classes then plan at least 15 minutes if you really need it If you like sweet things but don't know what to order I like getting an iced white chocolate mocha with a couple liquid sugars and whipped cream (yes I know how unhealthy that sounds)

I am not a student at JWU, but I pick my husband up from work nearby, and this is a good place to kill time if necessary. I am always impressed by the friendliness, efficiency and proficiency of the staff; in fact, I have found that these students are better trained (and more polite) than at most regular Starbucks locations. Gets busy sometimes (I am guessing right before or after classes) but in between the rushes, it is actually pretty quiet, and it is usually filled with kids studying.
