Don't go here in the morning unless you want to sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes and be late to work. How long does it take to make a coffee??? Either get better help or train your staff. The older woman that works in the morning is by far the slowest worker I've ever seen and never gets the order right.

Honestly they don't always have the machine to make the latte 🙄 🤣 or it's always being cleaned great for a regular cup of coffee but don't count on them being open if it's close to 6pm. Staff is always polite and friendly.

Messed up my order but in fairness this Dunkin is clearly under staffed so she was doing 5 things at once. Good donut.

Came in and was told the wrong things for my order when I ordered a donut was told yes then I didn’t get it went inside and got laughed in my face when I explained to the person that my order was wrong. Highly upset with the customer service provided.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star, ordered 2 hot coffees both were old stale and cold with nothing in it that I asked for and the worker claimed even if she wanted to do something to fix it she couldn’t sorry sweetie like what?!? Horrible customer service very disappointing
