I believe the food is overpriced and it’s not very good quality food, the pictures on the menu are emaculate like other restaurants, but I ordered a fish and chips meal and the fish was soggy and sloppy it wasn’t crispy at all it was actually bad I couldn’t eat it at all. I didn’t call to complain, I’m just taking my business elsewhere. Good luck future costumers.

Our new go to pizza place! Ordered tonite and it arrived in a timely manner and was excellent! We got a pretty standard pizza (pepperoni and black olives) but it was cooked just right! Delivery was timely and the driver nice! Will definitely be repeat customers for sure!

Where else are you going to get pizza at 3:30 AM on a Wednesday morning? Absolutely nasty. Unfermented dough that sits like a brick in your stomach. Amateur hour pizza with the cheapest ingredients. Frozen grocery store pizza is higher quality. Dough was barely leavened. Avoid unless you're drunk and desperate after hours. We picked it up, so the pizza was hot. No excuse. It's all profits for them as they sling low grade dog food.

I want to thank the owners of Vasilios Pizza for their service and taking care of my daughter in her time of need! My daughter transferred fro Johnson and Wales University Miami to the Providence campus. She was distraught the morning of her flight to the airport when she was unable to find ride to the airport. For reasons God only knows, she ended up in your restaurant. She was distraught over finding a ride. Someone in your store was felt bad for her and they took her to the airport. I was blown away from the kindness from complete strangers! To me that signifies a wonderful caring family that would go above and beyond the norm for a stranger! My wife and I live in Colorado and we are so thankful and want to personally thank you someday for watching out our daughter!
We hope people will take the time to eat at your restaurant knowing you all are wonderful people with a strong sense of family!

I been a costumer for few years now, but lately my pizza either comes late or is cold. I placed an order for large Hawaiian pizza and after 1hour 47 minutes I had to call three times to ask for ETA. On my last call I asked them to canceled my order. The person on the phone apologized and said to keep the pizza the would refund my money back. I told him I no longer wanted the pizza since I knew it would arrived cold. I was told not to worry the I would not be charged and 2 days later I saw a charge on my debit card. I called but the manager wasn't in I was told he would reach out but never did. I see having a loyal customer means nothing to this business.

Had the eggplant parm with chicken and daaam nothing but the best of course fries were good too and huge portion of them.

Called them tonight because I was having a party and I ordered 30 crispy wings with Buffalo on the side. When I got the food all 30 had Buffalo sauce on them. I called them back because more then half of the people at the party didn’t eat Buffalo and one was allergic. The lady that picked up the phone handed over the phone to a man who said they will remake my wings and asked how many I wanted replaced. I said it would be okay to only replace 20 of the wings since some people where okay with the Buffalo sauce. The man said that he would bring me another 20 but he need me to give him the 30 that they brought back to them. I told him I would gladly give him 20 back for the 20 he was gonna remake the way I asked the 1st time. He acted bothered by it and at that point I told him that I hope he wasn’t gonna turn around and serve the wings I gave him back to another customer. At the end of it I told him to forget it and instead I would not order food from them ever again. He said ok and hung up. I don’t want to ever order food from a place that might recycle or reserve food from another customer. He has no clue if I touched that food or if we did anything to it. This is the worst I ever seen. Also note that they say that the calls are recorded so I told him he could listen to the order and verify that they messed up

I absolutely love the food at Vasilios but unfortunately they NEVER get orders right. Even thought I ordered at 2am I immediately addressed the issue and was promised a call back that same day at 10:30am. After no call and three days worth of repeated attempts to contact Vasilios I finally spoke to the owner and was offered 10% off my NEXT order. Thanks but no thanks, they've lost a loyal customer and A LOT of business.
