The lady waiting on me was the most rude, impatient, and Unprofessional person I have been in contact with. I walked in and before I had a chance to even look at the menu she asked me what you want. I quickly looked at the menu and asked a question I about a certain item all she would say was ok ok. When my carry out order was done she never told me. I had to walk up to the counter and ask for my order that was already sitting by the counter and asked her was this mine and she said yes out loud. I’m sure she is this way with everyone.

The woman taking orders at the counter was extremely unfriendly, unhappy, and should not be in customer service.....EVER!!! She was on the phone when I came in on a personal call, and continued her conversation while I stood there for several minutes, then seemed bothered to take the order from me. After taking my ordered, she glared at me multiple times as she clearly said something to the cook about me, because after she said it, they both started glaring at me. I asked her for my money back, so I could go somewhere where they were a bit more friendly. About the only thing she did well was quickly refunding my money. PAY ATTENTION TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS YOU SEE HERE AND AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! I almost never write reviews on anything, but felt so impacted by this woman's nasty attitude, that I had to write one!

I've ordered here dozens of times and have never had a bad experience. Food is good and price is reasonable. English is poor as mentioned in other reviews but why would I care about that? When I go to China and order food they don't speak good English either. They are from China and trying to build a business. Their English will improve with time. Just enjoy the food.
