Panda Express

I came in about 3pm. The servers had few dishes fixed an alot were dried out. I said I would wait for fresh food to be made. DUH! I purchased their big plate, the orange chicken, the brisket Mongolian, which they were out of, and walnut shrimp. Had to wait for 10 minutes for my dishes to be made. The server then informs me the brisket an shrimp dish is $2 more each! This is not the first time I've visited this facility and rarely do I see fresh food or a full buffet! Does management not want customers to flock into this facility? The server puts my orange chicken in a teeny tiny box, HEY, I ORDERED the big plate! For $2 extra, the brisket was made fresh but very little of it on my plate. I told her for $2 more, I should get more. She offered the excuse they have serving amounts they can give. They want a profit, I get it, but I want FAIR servings for my hard earned buck too! I give them a "1" and hope they keep their doors open, because everyone likes their food IF ITS MADE AN FRESH! Now that I'm the only customer in here, now they want to step up their game an cook fresh food!! If I were Mgr, there would be focus on keeping those dishes filled and HOT! WHO IS running this show here??!!

Normally this is one of my favorite places to eat Asian style food, and since I rarely eat it, at Panda Express I use to eat there, now it's NOT. When they lost their boss Justin (when Justin was there, he knew that I need to have my food cut up in small pieces. The last employee just put the whole piece of meat and didn't even make it correctly!) the employees have terrible attitudes and are not there for the customers but stand around and B.S. Sorry the company lost our business and we use to eat there once a week.

So delighted with this Panda in Princeton, TX. Was worried they may not survive the covid shutdowns. Panda has been a favorite for many, many years. Always excellent foods, recipes are delicious & fresh, service is fast & friendly, has good seating here. My only negative is they could pay closer attention to getting tables & floors cleaned faster. I know they are busy but still there are No excuses for empty dirty tables. I should not have to wipe off a table before eating.

This panda NEVER has any food available for dinner. They like to stop making fried rice and other entrees at 6pm. You'll have to settle with whatever they have left to sell. I'm going to have to quit going here and start going back to McKinney to get food. Don't bother complaining because nobody cares at all!

If i could rate this place a 0 i would. It has nothing to do with the service or the employees! they do an amazing job!!! I have gotten food poisoning the last 2 times i have gone, i don’t know if they are serving outdated food or what, but this is unbelievable. Please do a better job at checking dates on bags/boxes. Again this has nothing to do with the employees, they kill it! I’m not looking for sympathy, or a free meal out of this because i won’t be eating here again. I just don’t want others having the same experience i encountered.

Not good today I'm afraid. Food was very cold, broke a tooth eating too. After i went inside the dining area got very busy for some reason. Mgr decided to temp go to drive thru only and put a hand written sign on the door. Guessing he only had barely enough staff to cope so it was easier to control if only drive thru was open. Bad staff scheduling i imagine since the coupon i had had an expiration date of today. Should have compensated for that maybe. Not a great night at Panda Express.

Stopped by and ordered and was told the entree I wanted would take 10 minutes. I had ice cream in the car so I decided to go home. Deliver the kids their food and ice cream. Checked and answered an email then drive 6 minutes back to the location. Only to be told that 4 other entrees I wanted was not ready and range from 10 to 15 minutes to prepare. To top it all off... I get home and 1/2 the order is wrong.

This place is horrible. Never again. They give u NO meat only rice or noodles every time. You pay a ridiculous price for rice!! It's small portions for the price. Employees are rude and seem to not understand what u mean when you say make sure there's meat in the bowl. Every single time I have gone here they NEVER have the food prepared that I'm wanting and have to settle for less! Just awful! Don't go here!
