Kfc

Restaurant is dirty as the soda station is a complete mess the tables are all dirty expect two of them and the floor if filthy. When we received our orders they were incorrect. The cashier named (Chris) walk to the back line area eating fries multiple times where they serve to the customers & the cook was seen biting his nails while cooking and preparing the food/orders.

This particular KFC is also...a Taco Bell. Service was very slow. Food arrived hot and made correctly. Hot sauce is not readily available so we had to wait to find someone behind the counter who could get it for us. Staff seemed more interested in talking with each other than helping out customers.

Ordered a simple chicken bowl, took 25 min to get it and we were told we couldn't get taco Bell in the middle of lunch time. The place was dirty, messy and had food all over the floor. I could see the same car was waiting in the drive through the entire time we were waiting. The people ordering behind us were able to order taco Bell but for some reason we were not.

KFC combined with Taco Bell. Place was dirty and the trash was over flowing. The 5 year old couldn't even eat the tacos, the shells were bad. They smelled bad and tasted worse. Bad quality mixed with very old? Ice Tea container was empty, asked a guy about it, he said he'd get some, he never did! As we were leaving the 5 year old said, "Good bye worse taco bell ever, we will never see you again."

This KFC had a ridiculous wait. I came during a busy lunch while there was a long line of people and no tables available do I was understanding about it being a little slow. After 25 minutes and people with order numbers 9 places after me I went up to talk to them. They "forgot" about my order. Having worked in a restaurant I suspect that they were trying to keep good statistics for getting their food out in X number of minutes. Having data that makes their location look better is more important than actually doing a good job. My quick lunch and gas fill stop for my 10 hour drive turned into a 1.5 hour stop. NEVER again!

They need to be taught what sanitary is. My family went there for lunch during our way to Vegas, And I saw this young African American guy grabbing chicken pieces from the oven using his bare hands! He wasn't wearing gloves or anything and he was running between the cash register and handling food! Absolutely disgusting. Of all the people working there, Only one or two were wearing gloves.

This place is horrible! Waited 45mins from when I entered the drivethur and exited it! Ordered a simple 5 piece tender meal with a raspberry tea! Finally got my drink first! Took a sip and it was water! Apparently the raspberry tea was out, no biggie! Finally I get my food! They're lucky I didn't check my order before I left! I'm halfway between Primm and Jean by now! Come to find out I have 3 strips of chicken and 2 dough globs made to look like chicken strips! Wish I could post pics!
