Grillaz

I recently had a fantastic experience at Grillaz. Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the food also exceeded my expectations. The staff went the extra mile by reaching out to me when I accidentally left my food behind. This level of care and attention truly made my visit memorable. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking top-notch service and delicious cuisine.

Not a bad place for food. Seating available. I like the kebabs and chicken tikka and the pasta, rice and chicken dish (Sizzlers) . They also have a donor if you into that. Slightly different taste. It was nice. (am not in to dirty donors anymore,,,,,, lol). Good experience on a few occasions. Pricing could be better and naan could b bigger. Place closes early about 9.30 to 10pm and weekend 10.30pm for last orders I believe. Parking a nightmare at front and new road layout will probably have no cars allowed to park or even allowed into that area, but parking available at rear of building. Went here following a visit to the University which is a 5min walk away from here at the most. I had seen a few reviews online and it looked good. The food and service was really good and couldn't fault it. Really impressed with the presentation of the chicken tikka and kebab mix as you can see from the photos, the chicken tikka comes in 3 different flavours which was really unique. The meats were cooked to perfection. Only fault I would say is the menu is really confusing on some of the meal deals. The burger meals come with fries and a bottle of water but no option for a canned drink. If you want a canned drink it is £1 extra but if you buy a bottle of water it's £1 so in essence you are paying £2 for a can of drink. However, the menu says a can of drink is £1. I think they just need to simplify this and give the option of having a can or a bottle of water but that's up to the establishment on how they want to do things. Overall, I would recommend grillaz if you are ever in the area! I have also put a photo of the menu which is accurate as of the reviews date as they don't have a website but it was reasonably priced and I would visit again if I was in Preston.
