Subway

The young man that took our order and put it together was very nice and helpful. We noticed that we was wearing a mask while he was working. The older gentleman working there appeared to be the manager was not wearing a mask and coughed on the bread. This is the second time I've been in there when the manager has not been wearing his mask. But that's ok, I won't be going to this location any more. I'll be going to the Subway across the street inside Walmart.

Do not order online.. this is the third time I’ve ordered online, hoping that “third times the charm”. Wrong. Apparently if you’re not there to “watch” them, an $11 sandwich looks like a $4 sandwich. Mixed up breads. Wrong toppings on sandwiches.. I’m over it. Maybe it’s my fault for not going there to “oversee” how it’s being prepared...? & after reading a previous review about a manager coughing or sneezing on their bread... that’s disgusting. Never again. Lesson learned. If I could give zero stars.. I would give a negative 5.

Went in at 7:45 (they close @ 9) and there was almost no bread, no cookies, no spinach, and no avocado. They said they were out of everything but it seemed liked the employees wrapped up early and weren’t willing to prep fresh food for customers as they were coming in. We got our food, not how we wanted, and weren’t able to get cookies which is like the best part of subway. Super disappointed in this visit. Normally they are a decent subway. Seems like they need to redirect some of the employees to focus more on customer service rather that getting out early.

This location does not participate in $5 each for 2 foot longs. Walmart Subway does. App order promised to be ready@ 1120H. Arrived 1140H to pickup. Told it's on the line, and it's been busy. Left waiting till 1155H while 4 more inline orders were made. Another 5m passed with no customers inline during that time. Tall male restocked line. Female was on the line. Sandwich was made my male after restocking. 40m+ past time promised on app order.
