Panda Express

So here we go again with this location! Out of several items (the norm for this store) and decent service too. Anthony took our order and seemed less than gracious about not having any of the items we usually order. No apology or sympathy. Just stared at us as we contemplated or next favorite selection. No customer service skills to speak of. And to top it off, when he was done chopping up my teriyaki chicken, 1 piece mind you, he must have thought it was to large to include two small pieces left as he threw those back into the main bowl instead of mine. The picture shows you a bowl that isn't full as is the norm but about 3 quarters. Like our experience...underwhelming! This never happens at the Prescott Valley location. Won't be coming back here again. Will be calling the manager to express my displeasure! Avoid this store!

I placed a very large order to take home and when I got the food home and gave it to the seven of us, I realized they did not leave a thing out. And they made sure to have all the extras! We had a very delightful dinner! The food was delicious and I would recommend Panda Express for dinner to anyone who loves a great Chinese take out!

Got a plate and a bigger plate. Reg plate was orange chicken, white rice and Kung pao chicken. Big plate was orange chicken and fried rice. Both plates had white rice and the orange chicken tasted like general tsaos. Tried calling 3 times and they didn’t pick up any of those times. I could barely eat the orange chicken cause it burned more than the Kung pao. It was extremely disappointing and as a woman who is possibly pregnant, my stomach was sent into shambles from this. Not a good experience at all, and normally I can eat Kung pao and it not burn like this orange chicken did. I even tasted from his plate and it was burning my mouth immensely.
