Krystal was a childhood treat and this visit lived up to it. Service was great!
They are still doing, like most fast food, a pandemic holdout; even though it was a dine in order I got my order packed to go. So much waste of materials.

I ate at this location sat. Only 2 guys working. But they got my order out fast and was as ordered. They were friendly and were pleasant to every customer who came in. AWESOME customer service. Love the chili cheese pups.

I have to admit that I love Krystal, always have and always will. I had the 4 Krystal cheese burgers and as usual they did not disappoint. The shop was short handed, only 2 employees on duty but service was fast and friendly.

This is the third time we have been to this Krystal's in a month hoping it would get better each time it was around 12 noon we are yet to get a warm hamburger they are always cold like they have been sitting for 10 minutes or so. Well we thought we would try the breakfast my eggs were suppose to be overeasy the yock was hard the toast was very cold I think they need new people in there maybe the cook doesn't no the right way to cook because the manager doesn't show him the right way to cook. Now I see why there's hardly no one eating inside no more like a ghost town me and my wife use to love eating here but not no more somebody please help get this Krystal's back to the way it use to be were you loved coming to eat.

Food was cold waited a half hour for food when told to pull forward. Wasnt the cashiers fault there was just no one working but him and grill person. Then was recieving I was given the wrong order didn't even bother to go make it right just was ready to go home

I haven't eaten at a Krystal's in over a year. Now I remember why. The quality is so poor, I wouldn't even feed their food to a homeless person. I just hope I don't get sick later.

Friendly staff and good prices, but alas you get what you pay for. "Beef" burgers look more and TASTE like pink slime. Fried chicken burgers were decent though. Fun to try as an experiment, but wouldn't eat their burgers again unless desperate

My mom was in ICU and wanted Krystal's.. our last meal together was cheese Krystal's (no onions) chili cheese fries Coke & milk shake.. thanks for the Food for great memories.. now I eat the same everytime I come to Tennessee..
