If your looking for a real authentic greasy spoon dinner this is the place, oversized portions....check, wide variety of breakfast n lunch items.....check, friendly Mom n Pop attitude....double check. Definitely a great breakfast stop with all your staples, amazing biscuits n gravy makes me feel like I'm back in Tennessee, crispy bacon, awesome hash, you will not go hungry and you can not make a bad choice.

Everything seems hand-made so I wanted to like the food more. Of the biscuits and gravy, the biscuits were great but the gravy was bland. Cinnamon roll was shy of both cinnamon and sugar. Breakfast burrito was pretty good. Coffee was very good and plentiful. Great service and fairly priced.

A local greasy spoon type diner with a good amount of seating and a nice menu. A breakfast and lunch spot. Staff is okay and service is okay. Prices are reasonable.
I got the french toast delight, which is two slices of french toast, 2 eggs, 2 bacon/sausage. It was cooked well, the french toast had a thin crispy cinnamon layer that makes this slightly different than other places.

*closed* This place is awesome. One of those hole-in-the-wall types with fantastic food and service. The restaurant is clean and well maintained although a bit dated. Portions are generous and prices are unbeatable. Best prices I’ve seen in San Diego.

Great blueberry pancakes. Not so good service. She wasn't that busy but served us cold eggs and pancakes. My bad, I still tipped but didn't say anything when we paid. We took most home and heated it up. I'm not comfortable returning food to the kitchen these days😂

Nothing special. Portions are average and service was below par. Wasn’t even busy for a Sunday morning and getting a refill was like winning the lotto (the billion dollar lotto, not one of those tiny ones). Food was ok. Hash browns were raw on the inside... guess that’s the new fancy way to eat them. I will happily wait in line somewhere else than eat here again.

Great breakfast at a great price. We ate here at least once or twice every other week when we lived in Poway. The breakfast burger (Over easy egg on a bacon cheeseburger) was messy but delicious.
