This was the most bizarre experience at a Wendy's. This mall store definitely needs to hire more help. The guy "cooking" was doing almost everything by himself. There were two counter guys that looked like they had no idea where they were. The "manager" was running around, but not actually doing anything. It was like watching a comedy sketch. Really wish I put this silly scene on YouTube. Would have went viral. Never had burnt french fries from a fast food restaurant before... didn't know it was possible to do. Of course, we will be back lol

Wendy's is good for a fast bite...great baked potatoes especially with broccoli & cheese! Great for kids..not bad for adults either!
