Subway

Well I won't be doing this again anytime soon. I placed my Order online for a reason, so I wouldn't have any problems. Haha NO BACON OR GAUCAMOLY on the wrap, just Turkey. Chicken Teriyaki was wrong. The Steak was okay Poor kid was by himself on a Saturday. Really Subway. He was sooo stressed out my Order was to be ready at 3:30, not 4PM. 5/11/2021 I recieved a reply from Subway, saying that he wanted me to try it again. Well guess what I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN the Coupons I was told I would get. Definitely not good Customer service

I shouldn't order my food for delivery have it arrive and be missing one of my items, get my food made incorrectly and be given the wrong cookies just for no one to answer when I call to get my stuff fixed. Don't have your store open if you don't have enough crew to keep it running because I'm not here to spend money on food I can't eat or don't receive. Disappointed

Owen is a phenomenal employee. I've been here twice and both times she was working hard and providing excellent customer service in spite of it being super busy. One of these times she was working the store completely by herself still providing phenomenal customer service. This girl deserves a raise!

I've had some great experiences, not many not so good experiences like tonight. The food is always fresh and delicious, its usually reasonably clean, it seems like some of the staff may need a bit of fine tuning. Approx. 6:29 pm Wednesday night, 2 ladies infront of us had nice young lady helping them get one salad. The other lady with glasses had a friend come in 2 minutes after we arrived and she stopped doing our order completely and started working on his (we got 2 mini pizzas, she unwrapped one, then left them to get him a sandwich). At one point, our order was ready for the oven, she actually stopped the first lady , saying her friends sandwich would be faster to cook. Really? So we waited even longer. If she would have asked us if that was okay to do his first, it might have been better, but the way she did it was wrong and we had to wait even longer while someone that came 2-3 minutes after we were waiting got everything done first. Then afterward, her friend just stood there and didn't eat at all. Other than that, the food was delicious and fresh, the other lady was really nice and friendly. It was pretty clean except normal things from the dinner rush that had passed before we got there. 3/5 wouldve been better had we not been skipped over.

i ordered a sandwich and when i saw the cucumbers they were all shriveled up. i asked if they had any fresh ones and her reaponse was:"we just brought those out." hahaha okay, bold face lie. the lady behind me said the exact same thing. "those are new?! uhm...." and we decided it wasn't worth the time to argue. Subway charges me 10.91 cents for a veggie sandwich with bacon and i don't even get to have the veggies i want added. wonderful service. host order: 6526015811543934. 12:39:16 pm. served by 3460.
