Parking can be a bit tricky when it's busy. Decent sized bar and staff are friendly. Food didn't take long, but as a personal preference, I would have liked them to prioritise the children's food as they came out last, causing a bit of a stir with the 2 and 4yo. The wife wasn't keen on the cut of steak as was quite chewy and not cooked how requested. I, however, had a Mediterranean chicken, and it was to die for. Lids ate their usual amounts so past that test too. Need repair attention to the baby seats as the bolts were loose and chairs were wobbly. Nice country pub feel. We will go again

Visited on a very hot sunny afternoon to take advantage of the beer garden. The pub was very busy but we had no issues finding a table although parking was very tight. Sunday carvery was in full swing and smelt and looked delicious, we did not eat here but will visit again in the near future for food. Huge selection of beers and cider at reasonable prices. The beer garden is huge and wraps around the pub. Plenty of indoor seating as well.

Hi guys, Ventured here on a Sunday a aa group of 10 (4 adults). Saw mixed grill on the specials, so elected for that over the fantastic looking carvery! Well... What can I say????.... It was fantastic. At £16.95 I've probably paid double at some restaurabts that have been far inferior!! I couldn't fault anything on this. The meat was cooked perfectly, was plentiful and tasted hugh quality. The chips well cooked, the mushrooms amazing and even the cooked vine tomatoes, excellent. I love a mixed grill, and as such have consumed enough to be critical, so this is an educated assessment. The rest of the meals were all good. The carvery was fresh, the kids chicken nuggets meal was a great portion and the pizza fresh All in all a great Sunday eating out. Special final props for having neck oil on draft which was also great!

Had a beautiful meal in here today, unfortunately they had an issue with the tills so it was quite a long wait but this was obviously not a normal error and it was handled very professionally. I had the mixed grill and it has got to be one of the best in the area. Highly recommend, lovely venue and fantastic food
