Great service and delicious coffee! They have 3 different rooms for seating areas inside as well as a whole patio outside downstairs! It looks like a family home was reconstructed into a coffee shop!
They also have really cool art hanging around. They have free guest WiFi and outlets all around so a great place to get some work done while enjoying some good coffee!

The sweet crepe was so. much. sugar. (I got Nutella and banana.) Coffee is excellent for people who like coffee; I tried the cappuccino at the recommendation of a friend. Very peaceful and quiet atmosphere too, especially on weekdays. Great place to chill and do some work for a while.

Love love love this place. We are regular customers here during weekend brunch. The place is rustic cute, the crepes are generous and delicious and they even have an outdoor seating which is absolutely fabulous when the weather permits. I can even customize my crepe to my hearts desire. This place has a better value for your money than Le Happy.

Vivace is a cute, older looking coffee shop that I randomly found one day. I've only tried their latte but it was really good! I would recommend coming here if you're looking for a coffee place in Portland!

I don't drink coffee so i can't say anything about that, but i love the crepes. I have been going here since i was a kid and i always enjoy a trip. The ham and cheese and egg crepe is really good. They also have lots of yummy sweet crepes. Sadly not wheelchair accessible by any means. Its in the second floor of a house and there is a large set of stairs getting up to the door.

Hands down my favorite coffee shop! Wonderful crepes of both the sweet and savory variety, latté art and friendly staff in a cool location. Great vibe. Of course they have a delicious selection of coffee beverages and also smoothies and tea if coffee isn't your thing.

We always have fun at Vivace the staff and the service is awesome. We had chick Crepe with spinach shows in the picture one of our favourite meals and Coffee with whip cream. We spend at more than an hour every time when we are here the staff really put there heart and effort and love making this place beautiful and wonderful and down town Portland. Hope that helps.

This place is cute, quaint, and has wonderful coffee and crepes! Fast service, delicious food! They have sweet as well as savory crepes, and a lovely setting! They also offer gluten free crepes. They are made on the same grill, so celiacs watch out, but they are delicious ♡ Highly recommend!

Always a pleasure! Never had a bad dish here, typically get one of the lighter sweet crepes, like the honey and toasted almond. Coffee isn't that of a specialty coffeehouse, but decent nonetheless, and nice to have along with great food.

The best creeps you will find in all Portland along with the best latte !!! Food tastes great, preparation is fast. You have to go and pick up the coffee when it's ready, but they serve food to your table. Staff are very friendly too. Place has restroom and WiFi.

Fantastic cafe that serves sweet + savory crepes and select breakfast items. Great coffee selection and ample cafe seating inside w/ a large outdoor seating area near NW 23rd.

I've had coffee from here a couple times and have enjoyed it. The cafe is cute and personable. I ordered food online from today and was disappointed. My savory crepe tasted like it was made from packaged pancake batter. The fillings (ham, mozzarella, and egg) tasted bland and unseasoned. They did make my order quickly, and the breve I ordered is wonderful.

Delicious crepes & coffee! Service has always been friendly & excellent. Gluten-free and non-dairy available.
When placing my order, I realized I left my wallet in the car a couple blocks away. When I came back with it, my order was ready and waiting! That's service, folks. No picture, because I ate it already.
Pay-to-park or walk-up. There is a flight of stairs to traverse for entry.

Ate here for breakfast. Food was good, espresso drinks were delicious, the drip coffee could be improved. Service was good, and the ambiance was really nice. Worth it for an easy breakfast.

It is located at the end of nw 23rd but it is pretty popular because it is open late and it is good for a good read or doing homework. Coffee is always good while the crepes are ok, I personally opt for the sweet ones over the savory ones and they taste better. Staff are always friendly and service is quick if your in a rush. I personally enjoy vivace and recommend it.

Vivace has some delicious crepes. I like them because they are a bit sturdier than usual and fillings are pretty generous so you get a little more bang for your buck. It's a great place to go catch up with friends, especially in the summer with the outdoor seating. Only problem is sometimes seating can be hard to find inside, and the chairs are a little old and uncomfortable.

I went here for an after dinner coffee drink and ordered a white chocolate mocha. It was not sweet at all and bitter tasting. Then on my last sip all I got was a mouthful of syrup. They couldn't even stir the drink before serving it! What a disappointment. My friends ordered a cappuccino and espresso and were equally disappointed. We won't be back.

This spot is the perfect date-night hideaway. I felt like I was house sitting for a friend...who happened to have a full service crepe staff in their kitchen at all times!
Adorable decor, and delightful crepes, the menu selection is comprehensive. Their crepes are on the thick side- reminding me of the (now defunct) Crepes-a-Go Go chain in California's "American Style" crepe. They're delicious, though. Buttery and filled with may delicious things. I had the seasonal special: Pumpkin Cheesecake Crepe. It was lovely. Not too sweet (which was great) and really well spiced. It was delicious. I always appreciate handmade whipped cream, which was adorning the top of my crepe. Love.
Their savory combinations looked delicious. I was regretting not tasting the pear-mushroom combo.
Okay, actually, I was regretting not trying several of their offerings; They need a crepe-flight or two for tastings! :-)

To me, this place is mainly for the cool "Portland" experience of eating tasty crepes in a big old Victorian house in the Pearl District. Outdoor porch seating is fun too. Good crepes of all kinds, sweet and savory. No complaints. Go get you a crepe!

Overall bad experience, food was overpriced (bagel and French press coffee cost 9$) service was bad (I was told my food would be ready in about 5 minutes and to come in and get it, rather than have it brought to my table.... And i had to press and pour my own coffee?) The bagel was good but not worth the price and the atmosphere was less than desirable. Not a place I'd go back to.

Hearty and satiating (especially with the introduction of my essential dining companion, Sir Sriracha), but a contrast to most crepes in my dining history. For one, the crepe itself was chewy and doughy in texture as opposed to the tissue-thin crunch I am used to. The fillings were all fresh and generous in quantity, but I admit I did find it a tad bland pre-sriracha, and it’s not because I have fried my tastebuds off from over-seasoning/stimulation, it just

I ordered a seasonal crepe, strawberries and blueberries. It was good but overpriced. It was $7.50 for a single crepe! Crepes at Disneyworld are half the price and same taste.

The weekend started off with a lovely little brunch at Java Vivace up in NW. They specialize in various caffeinated beverages and crepes, and the Morning Bagels are to die for.
