Only wheat bread, no ham only a few different meats when you get that low you simply close for the night until you re-stock and to keep the employees from losing hours you have a evening of deep clean.... It's not that hard to think about how your customers will feel after standing in line for 15min. To find out you have 2 options off the menu.

Sign says open till 11.Went in around 7:30. Ordered meal of day.They tried to ring it up for more than it should have been. Then told us lobby closed at 7 for sanitizing.No sign or anything to let us know ahead of time before we ordered and paid.When we said we were going to eat there they said they would call the police. Will never go back .They said that was fine with them.

Both my husband and I placed online orders on the 12th, their ordering system is off by one day so the girl working did not have our orders. We came back the next day to pick up our order on the 13th and the girl working that day told us they through locked doors she closed early (it was 10:15 and floors were aready mopped, when they don't close until 11:00) and claimed she never even saw our orders. So we never got our order, but they certainly took our money!! VERY unhappy customers!!! We have tried calling their phone number several times to talk to the manager but they NEVER answer the phone. If you call the main Subway support number they also won't answer and require you to submit an online form. Went to submit the form and the website crashed. Had to rewrite everything and submit again. Still no response or reasoning from Subway...
