The people at this location are very helpful. Karina is a good leader. Her and her team make delicious sandwiches🌯 They keep a small stand of chips near the counter. They will provide the cup, lid and straw from behind the counter. They require a mask to enter and order. They ask customers to social distance. Overall this is a good location if you like Subway. We walked into the location at Nova and Dunlawton at 9pm on Wednesday 3/16/22. The girl eventually came out from the back and actually scoffed. She was visibly angry, not just annoyed but angry and disgusted customers had the audacity to come into the store. I thought maybe the hours changed and it was closing time, so I asked what time they close, explaining I didn't want to come in close to closing time. She reluctantly affirmed it was still 10pm. I told her we had a coupon for 3 subs and that really set her off! She angrily grunted, made the strangest faces while mumbling something under her breath. I told her to not worry about the order and left. She refused to give me her name, just shrugged smugly when I inquired. I was really taken back by this, never in my life have I been so rudely treated by someone in the fast food industry for just trying to patronize a location. This girl clearly does not want to work and is driving off customers. I felt someone should be made aware and others need to be warned.

I order 2 footlong online got to the store it was great it was ready in minutes. But when I got home the sandwich wasn't what I expected I asked for 2 tuna toasted provolone cheese with lettuces spinach pickles and banna peppers i opened it up there was more vegetables then tuna they must of put 2 scoop of tuna on the whole sandwich there was more cheese then tuna on top.i used to work for subway and I would never give a sandwich like that unless the customer ask for it

Came here to order some subs for me and my family asked what size was a kids sub and to please show me the lady grabbed it with anger so hard that it knocked bread onto the floor my daughter wanted chicken teriyaki for her sub they said she couldn’t have it even if we paid extra for it both girls were super rude the toothless missing painted on eyebrows says her name is jaimie the other girl was younger and chunky with dark hair and neck tattoos and giant black circles ⚫️ In her ears wouldn’t give me her name . I am a multi business owner and these girls are representing subway and scaring customers away …I would of fired them ((WOULD the owner of this location please message me back with your phone number we need to talk about your staff they are very rude to children
