I went to this Panera location tonight and I have never experienced such terrible costumer service at any other Panera. I was extremely disappointed. I went there with my boyfriend and we ordered three meals which came out in a timely manner. However, one of our meals came out as only half a sandwich when we paid for a full sandwich with chips. So I kindly asked for the rest of my sandwich and chips and the two girls behind the counter said they will make it right now for me. So I waited and waited for like twenty minutes. By that time, we had already finished eating and we’re waiting on the other half of the sandwich and chips. I asked how much longer on my meal and the girl said that she completely forgot about it and she would make it real quick. A few minutes later it came out and the other half of the sandwich was burnt and small. I had to ask once again for the chips and the girl rolled her eyes at me. I ended up throwing away the sandwich because it was too burnt to enjoy it. I will never come back to this location ever! I love Panera but I will not be going back.

Got the order wrong on 2 things. I ate it anyway since I was hungry. 2 out if the 3 staff I dealt with barely spoke when taking my order or picking up my order. Typical youth today. No personality. I think phones have taken that away from today's kids. I never leave a bad review, but I was really perplexed. I have 12 employees and they know how I feel about customer service and just plain manners. Will go back maybe I caught them on a bad day.

What a let down! I used to go there with my son as he was growing up. One of the biggest deals to him was to have the hot chocolate. It was so special in that big mug, topped with a mountain of whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. He's older than my daughter and we have been getting her excited about going there one night to try it. This was the evening. Yes, it's Father's day, but we went around 4:30. There were only a handful of customers so they were definitely not busy. I ordered some food and the hot chocolates for dine-in. The cashier was new and so I absolutely do not blame her. I do blame the manager on duty, (or at least I think he was a manager). This whole setup is messed up. The girl at the counter said we had to go the end to get our food (usual), but we had to come back to the front counter to get the drinks. I am really not crazy about leaving my food on the table where anyone can walk by and do anything to it. She could not bring the drinks out. Understood. I asked the young man who did the soup if they have a tray. Nope, no trays. Great. So we waited for the drinks to be placed on the front counter. Meanwhile, the assumed manager on duty is cleaning the vent on the ceiling near the front counter with a long feather duster sort of thing. When she gave us the hot chocolates, it was super underwhelming. 2 paper to-go cups with lids. I said, "No, that's not it! The hot chocolate comes in a mug with the whipped cream and the topping." The new cashier looked at Mr. Feather Duster and he said to me, "You have to ask for that." What the heck? I have to ask for that? Customers who request dine-in should know they have to ask for that??? I said well, I was really looking forward to taking my little girl here for the hot chocolate tonight and we had built her up for how amazing it is. Helpful Mr. Feather Duster said, "well then next time you will have to ask for it." And then he looks at my little girl and says, "I hope you really enjoy that." Jerk!

Cashier was awesome but others working in the back seem to have attitude problems. I asked for the simplest order and they made it seem like I asked for the world. Some people don't know what customer service is. If you are racist, don't like your job, have personal issues you are mixing with work you shouldn't be working in any type of retail or customer service jobs.

I won’t comment on prices here as I don’t mind paying for decent food. But when I spend to much for what u get I would like the employee checking me out to at least try to be nice, there was no greet no smile and no thankyou. Time to find another restaurant that appreciates my business.

Haven’t been in a while, figured I’d give them another shot…Tried ordering steak and cheese for 3 days now, all days no Ciabatta bread. The last time I ordered from here (over 2 yrs ago) same issue. They clearly aren’t concerned with keeping items in stock. Based on other reviews, my guess is there’s extra effort involved with this particular bread they simply are unwilling to do. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. They aren’t cheap and when quality, attitudes, and cleanliness goes away like it has they have nothing left to offer.

Honestly I wish I could give a more positive review but this location is by far one of the dirtiest. The containers that hold the teas have mold on the sides. The most popular green tea had mold all over the sides and several people were drinking it. The trash cans were over flowing and the dishes were piled up. They had 3 people working which is not nearly enough staff. Which is a national issues but regardless, if you have time to socialize then you have time to clean and take out the garbage. Sadly I won’t be back to this location.
