Tim Hortons

I probably wouldn’t even be sharing this if I wasn’t treated the way that I was, I know that mistakes do happen and it wouldn’t even have been that big of a deal but this evening December 21st at around 5pm I went though and ordered a couple of Asiago bagels with cream cheese and butter but they tasted stale and were slightly burned with only butter. I called to let them know we were on our way back and what we ordered. The woman working tonight was arguing with us about how they were only put through the oven once and we were not charged for cream cheese as if we were lying, we did not call being rude at all nor did we deserve that treatment. I know some customers can be rude but this was not the case until we were argued with. I didn’t get her name but I will be calling the Manager after this.

I come to Tim Hortons every day that I work. I love their iced caramel macchiato's. It's what I get every time I order and it is delicious. Their timbits are the absolute best. Occasionally I get their breakfast and it is really good. Better than McDonald's lol. If your looking for a coffee drink at a great price I recommend going to Tim Hortons. By the way, all latte style drinks are $2 from 2-5!
