What happened to this Checkers? I thought the food and service was very good but today when I passed by I noticed it was boarded up despite reopening a couple years ago and probably this time for good

This place was so good. The staff is so friendly the food is on point and hot and fresh which is very important. I have never had a good experience at any checkers so to have a good experience. Here was great after not going to checkers for a very long time because of a bad experience I had at a different location. This is nice to know I can come back to checkers.

Atmosphere growing up was always dope. 🔥 There was Checkers then Rally's up the street on Sunrise between NE 4th Ave and NW 3rd Ave. That was 8 blocks apart. And the fries were always good. Until they became the best beating out BK fries. So yes it is great eventhough I didn't go that day. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The food was really good especially considering the price. The loaded fries were absolutely delicious and the tenders were fresh as could be.
The woman who took my order was nice, however she forgot to give me my free mozzarella sticks that I redeemed with a coupon.
I was stuffed so I didn't bother walking the ten feet to get them... frankly I felt disgusting after eating that much fast food... Great experience.
