Panera Bread

When you step into a panera bread you already know your stepping to excellence. Now when you step into this one your welcomingly surprised. Not only execellence but a style like no other ive ever seen. Friendly beyond belief. Customer service that no one can touch. The attitude that is in the air that says i can help with anything just ask. Unlike anyother Panera every single employee including managers are in complete uniforms. Now when you walk in here you get the aroma of each fresh item being prepared. Folks here are the 3 most important reasons to try this location. 1. Presentation (welcome) 2. Knowledge (you can ask any emploee how something is made they can tell u on the spot) 3. Cleanliness (All areas). This is the absolute all time best panera bread ive been in. So as i always say see ya down the road. Ps lets dont forget Ari the woman that turned my frown to the happiest of smiles. Nikki is the general mgr. I come here for lunch on a regular basis, and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. It takes barely any time for the food to come out from the kitchen, and the servers are always very polite and have a smile on their face! The drink machines never go empty, and when they do they're promptly replaced. The dining area is well kept and has nice vibes. I recommend this to anyone looking for a good bite to eat at a good price and with great service and atmosphere!

I placed a rapid pick up order and it was ready when I got there. When I got back and opened the package they had put two sandwiches of the final salad instead of the one I ordered. I guess I was the first customer of the day and they wanted to reward me.Even though I didn't eat at the restaurant it looked very clean and the employees were super cheerful around 9 in the morning.

The employees here are always super helpful. Cashiers suggest items on the menu, change and customize orders. Always keeping their eyes out for people with allergies. They do their best to serve smoothies and frozen drinks in a timely manner. Line cooks are ALWAYS working hard. They deal with whatever you throw at them. Food is prepared and served as fast as they can. Ingredients run out, that's not their fault. Dealing with the "wealthy" older customers is ALWAYS a hassle. Doing your job here is very hard when you have large quantities of people coming in to order what could be a catering order. Employees and managers are awesome, some of the customer though- YIKES.

Panera bread restaurants are our best picks for a quick breakfast and coffee at anytime of the day. There's a few Panera Bread locations around this area. This one is convenient being in Pompano Beach Shopping Center and only 10 minutes away from most resorts nearby. On one day, they were running out of most of their basic bagels but the next day around the same time, they had plenty of all the varieties. Coffee was cold at 7:30 PM but they changed it for us with the guy giving us the look! This same guy was very rude the day before and very nice on the same morning! Go figure. ..more training needed for this guy but i promise i hold no grudges :) After all he's still quite young and God knows how was his day like! The young ladies at the cash registers were very nice and welcoming.

Grabbed a Quick Bite from them when i had to run for the Airport. I ordered from the regular service and it was fine. Bowl was full for oatmeal and fruit was fresh. Note this is a training location and service was slower than other locations and that may be why other people may have givin bad reviews. I had the manager make me my meal it was a quiet morning so that could explain it
