I had a pasta which is not too bad. Coffee is above average. Nice place for family and friends. <br/>Service is quite okay. I don't mind to go again.

I ordered from 7 Oak Tree's express lunch. I got a $9.90 beef burger with a huge amount of chips. It was okay but I didn't like that the burger bun wasn't a more traditional one. It also wasn't the best burger I have had. It doesn't even look like a burger, it's more of a focaccia. The chips were nice though. I think I preferred the scenery of the cafe - they had cute decor such as a sheep and lots of flowers. I would go here if I was looking for a very cheap lunch place.

Owners might have changed, new menu. Food is pretty standard now, with small portions, they load up the fries to make the plate look full, but it's very stingy and not worth the money. Food is well seasoned but not tasty. Basic fare. Regretted the wine..why!

Went to eat the steak today - rib eye 300gm. What they fail to tell you is that this is inclusive of the bone, the steak is sliced to a quarter of the usual thickness, and they will turn a rare into a well-done. You can also tell the steak wasn't cooked right because there will be no sear whatsoever on the meat. I was incredibly disappointed, because the food is normally pretty good.

Tonight we dined at the 7 Oak Tree.<br/>We were seated and our drink order was soon taken before coming back to get our food order.<br/><br/>I had the salt and pepper calamari and my partner had the wagyu burger.<br/><br/>The food came so quickly, the service was great and we absolutely loved our meals. Such big servings. <br/><br/>The decor was great, so much effort has been put in to create the feel for the restaurant. <br/><br/>As we live locally we will definitely be back.

We dropped by here after an event at Point Cook community centre. Loved the decor and ambience of the place, really beautiful. For drinks, we got the Glenfiddich and French Martini; followed by chorizo with caramelized onions for starters. Absolutely loved it so far. But got disappointed with the mains. We had the slow cooked crispy pork belly which was tough and with just steamed veggies and chips, there was no sauce or jus to tie the dish together. The lamb shanks and beef ribs were good but again mashed potatoes and more jus would have helped to complete the dish.

Beware the barista!. I am a regular at 7 oak and love their style food and most of all their great coffee, however lately I have been didsapointed as the new barista (out of place guy with the tie) is pretty ordinary..<br/>Highly recommend the restaurant and the coffee, just not if he is making them

I work in Point Cook, but have never heard of 7 Oak Tree , until I decided to do some googling. The overall feel, food, services were great. tea for two, cutleries and utensils here are very elegant from maxwell williams designer homeware Slow cooked beef in some sort of mushroom gravy sauce with sides… sauce and sides all tasted great but one advice I would give this cook would be to add maybe pumpkin, sweet potato and/or potato! This would compliment even better then the steamed veggies. Lamb riblets special BBQ sauce… this reminded me of the American BBQ pork ribs and TGIF ribs, YUM, sweet, sour, salty oh so good. This is an Aussie twist to the infamous BBQ ribs of the USA, because instead of Pork this restaurant has used Lamb. It is tender, meat does fall off the bones and the sauce was just right. Fries were ok cause they were a bit salty. This was on the lunch menu your choice of juice/soft drink for $9.90 Overall we had two mains and 2 drinks for under $36 at a fancy looking res

Menu far too extensive and confusing, all meals had to be sent back to kitchen. A group of us went midweek. Menu was too extensive and confusing. We all ordered steaks which all of them were overcooked and had to be redone. Meals were served with steamed frozen vegetables. We would've had coffee and dessert however we were told due to the delay in getting us our meals, the kitchen was now closed. Other restaurants would have pre warned us and asked us to order prior to the kitchen closing. Mind you, the delay was caused by themselves.

Cute little place, it's a shame it's so hidden! The decor is very warm and welcoming. We ordered the arancini balls for entree, pumpkin soup and lamb cutlets. Besides for the 45 minute wait for the food it was yummy! The soup was delish - the bread is served in the soup rather than on the side so it becomes soggy. The lamb was cooked well but more veggies wouldn't go a stray. All in all it was a good meal, they have something good going here but room for improvement.

Came here for the first time, waited 40mins for our food even though there was one other table. When it came out it was cold, the chickpea fritters were still frozen inside, chips were undercooked and under seasoned. Very disappointed. The waiter was nice though. Will not be coming back!

Hidden Gem. Beautiful decor, was so relaxing. Got very worried when at 6:30pm on a Sunday and only 1 other table was occupied. But the meals were great as was the service. Odd location for people to stumble across but I will definitely be back to try lunch and dinner again.

Nice.. We have been there twice for dinner on a Sunday night. Food has been good, service was ok. Very friendly. The waiter is trying very hard to make it a lovely night. Shame the last time we were there a table with a few very young kids let them run wild and be very noisy. But that is not the fault of the restaurant, just saying so any parents reading this might think to control their children. We will be back again.

Has potential but needs to step up a bit. Tried Seven Oak for brunch - overall ambience and decor is welcoming & warm with very friendly staff. <br/>Unfortunately the brunch was disappointing - cold toast, eggs overlooked, spinach dry & shrivelled & no condiments on the table. On the upside the coffee was very good but if I'd been the waiter, I would have asked if we wanted another cup. <br/>The bathrooms definitely need attention too - really dirty mirror & sink, broken toilet roll bracket, paper on the floor & broken hand dryer. <br/>Definitely has potential & would possibly try again for dinner but they really need to step up their attention to detail.

Beautiful decor, wonderful staff and yummy food. <br/>The garden themed restaurant the perfect get away during the week to escape reality. <br/>The staff are so friendly, the manager give us a box of favorites (chocolates) per couple for Easter!! A lovely surprise :) would come back again very soon.

Came here for a business lunch and was pleasantly suprised with the variety of dishes on offer at a very reasonable price. The vegetarian pizza was topped with pumpkin and goats feta and on a light base . Service was friendly and efficient and the venue has a great atmosphere and beautifully decorated . Would definitely return if in the area.

Disappointing, first time at seven oak and I ordered pork belly and I got 5 strip of pork whick looked more like pork ribs it was $26, I didn't get my moneys worth. Serves was poor..got even warm water on a very very hot day, had to ice for cold water and they give us 2 cubes of ice in a glass.. Overall I wouldn't recommended this place, over priced and poor serves.

An absolute gem and exactly what we need out this way! I've been here twice and twice the food was delicious! Perfectly cooked eye fillet for only $25!! I thought it was a typo on the menu! Ripped potatoes are deliciously crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Comes in a huge serve in a bucket! Rib eye is so juicy and delicious and fantastic garlic mash. Let's support this local business and make sure it stays! We need more places like this out here!!

Refreshing. Daughter found this place on Urbanspoon and we thought we would try it for lunch.<br/>Ordered two choices to share ... The Tempura a Prawns and the chicken and rice dish....forgot the name but tasted wonderful!<br/>Service was great! Manager gave us complimentary macaroons with our coffee, delicious!<br/>Nice decor. A little out of the way, but make the effort to find it.

Great greenery atmosphere. Loved the parma here, tasty and great value for money!<br/><br/>New place that just opened recently, and when i walked into it, the atmosphere felt great and lively with all the green plant decorations placed around the tables.<br/><br/>Staff were friendly, and the service from the whole team was speedy and efficient.

10/10 Great Place. This restaurant is only new. When you walk in life music playing and the Décor looks fabulous. It is fresh, smart and very tastefully done. We were warmly greeted by the Manager Raff. We couldn't decide what to choose so he put together a selection of Entrees for us to share and we then we each ordered a main. Where to start with the entrees my Favourite was the pulled pork burgers. The grain fed Eye Fillet was perfect! My daughter ordered the parmigiana which was not deep fried she loved it. 10/10 for atmosphere, service and food. AAAA+++

Loved this place!. Hidden away a little, but great décor, friendly service and very reasonable prices. My husband loved his steak (and the most amazing mashed potatoes), whilst I had the fish and chips. Beautiful food. Loved the place. We even got free macarons with coffee.

Took my family to 7 Oak Tree for dinner after discovering this lovely Parisienne delight in the outskirts of Point Cook. The food was exceptional even my fussy young son was impressed with the lamb cutlets and Pork mini burgers.<br/>The atmosphere and menu takes you to the heart of Europe, the only disappointment is leaving.<br/>We highly recommend this restaurant.
