Subway

It is no wander the rating on this Subway is 1.8. Today was the worst Subway experience I have ever had in my life. The bread was hard and stale looking. I asked for really soft, fresh bread and the lady was rude and said the bread was all fresh and it was all the same. I should have known that since the bread storage container was full that their service and demand was low. I have never seen a bread container so full which to me indicates that very few people frequent this establishment. They have really poor customer service and a young man came in to wait on a customer behind me (only other one in the store besides me) with a white t-shirt on and jeans like he had come in off the street with no subway attire. The customer behind me complained about the bread and we just agreed that it was just over cooked. I told her that I just made the same observation. Also, I wanted a receipt for my business tracking purposes and the rude lady said their receipt printer was not working. Well, when I walked in she was doing nothing at the time. Look like that would be a good time to ensure your printer was in good working order. I asked her if I could have a cup with a lid because my 76 year old mother was in the car and the water cup she gave me did not have a top. I was trying to ensure that my mother did not spill water all over herself in the car. Of course, I got 3 out of 3 on the disappointment radar. Not cup with a lid. If you are in the area of this subway; please go to another one. This one has rating of 1.8 for some valid reasons.

The way my sub was made, it's like the person didn't care. Ingredients were mixed up in the containers so I got cross-contaminated pieces I didn't want. Also, first thing they asked was if I wanted it toasted. I said no, so they put away the bread they had grabbed, and searched for a new one. Makes me think the first bread was stale but thought they could get away with it if it got toasted.
