Dunkin'

This place is a hit and miss. I come to this place at least 3-4 times a week. I am reducing rating from 4 to 1 for the following: Every time I place an order for caramel cappuccino, they never add Carmel to my order (I get Carmel, maybe once in 5 times). I always order larger cappuccino but the quantity I get is medium. After repeating my order multiple times, they still mess up.(we are humans and I agree that we make mistakes. once or twice is acceptable but not almost every time). Staff: Polite, and respectful. The reason for my post: Every time I don’t want to drive back to the store to replace the coffee.

I always have the best experience here. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The donuts and food look perfect and pristine each and every time. That is how on point everything is in this particular store on a regular basis. Excellence, consistency, smiles, and warmth! 5/5 would recommend all day, every day!

Went early in the Morning @ 7 to get “fresh donuts “ I got a super hard old donut . The person before me ordered the same thing and the employee got our donuts from different shelf’s. I’m sure she was just upset that her rude manager told her to help the to go line when she had a line of customers herself but she shouldn’t have taken that out on me and giving me a horrible donut.

Went in to get chocolate cream but was told they havent been able to get it in. So order powered munkins and chocolate glazed munckins 20 count each. Why did I end up with day old donuts super dry and hard. Im sure the worker could tell how hard they were. Wish I had checked before I got home. Would have got my money back. Glad the drinks were ok.

There isn't any less than 1 star. These are the donuts that this place thinks I can bring into my office and give to people. The guy at the drive thru said yeah the bakers did a horrible job. Have a great day. I am def coming later and giving these back to the manager. They can keep my money too because I wasn't even given a receipt.
