Chick-fil-a

UPDATE Jan 2021. We have been here several times since 2018. Especially during virus crises as chain doesn't allow dining in at their stand alone locations. This one inside Willow Bend Mall so we get indoor dining. This week we came especially for spicy grilled chicken sandwich special. Too spicy for us so we will stick with regular grilled chicken sandwich. We also enjoyed the seasonal chicken tortilla soup. March 2018: One of the best fast food restaurants around TX and this neighborhood. Always prompt and courteous service. Counter man took extra effort to help me use coupon sent to my phone to use for purchase. Always seem to have lots and lots of customers. Recently remodeled.

Chick-Fil-A in my opinion is one of the best fast food restaurants ever. The service is unmatched, the employees are the most kindest people you will ever meet, and the food is like heaven on earth. Anytime I go to Chick-Fil-A I always have a big smile and get so excited because I know something truly amazing food is coming my way. If you haven’t ever been to Chick-Fil-A I highly recommend you go, you won’t be disappointed... trust me. The overall service and dedication the employees of Chick-Fil-A is not anything you’ll find anywhere else. Why Chick-Fil-A is my favorite restaurant is because the food the food is just so amazing. From the chicken nuggets to the fries to the refreshingly amazing lemonade. The customer service like I said is something you won’t find anywhere else because Chick-Fil-A cares about their customers. I can remember one time I went in for a visit and even though they were super busy they still managed to get my food to me in a matter of minutes. And that just stunned me and is what keeps me going there, the outstanding food service. So thank you Chick-Fil-A for all the amazing lunches and dinners that I’ve had and will continue to have!!

I truly hate to say it, but this location is the first Chick-fil-A that I've been to that does not match the service of any other chain store. The front female counter worker who was handing out food was very rude to another customer who asked her a question. The chicken was poorly cooked and didnt have the same flavor. It was just unexpected coming from a franchise that is very consistent.

Chick fil A has been always my favorite fast food store and I eat almost everyday their chicken sandwich for lunch cause I work at willow bend mall. But this time I was checking my bank statement and I realized that I’ve been charged for a meal on a day that I was off work which I didn’t had to buy lunch and when I went to talk to the manager over their she didn’t make an effort to investigate the situation and she said how she know that I didn’t buy a meal that day like she is telling me I’m lying which is so unprofessional. I’m very disappointed and I will never go to this location anymore and I hope that chick fil A will training their managers how customer service is and how to manage a situation like this.
