One of your employees didn’t put oat milk in my latte. I know this sounds small, but my stomach is upset by the slightest amount of dairy and I didn’t take any lactaid because I thought the lady would listen. I don’t even care about it that much, but what if someone was allergic to milk and you caused them to have an episode? is it really worth it to make someone’s coffee wrong because you don’t wanna listen? other than that, you have a few younger employees probably about high school age who always make my coffee right, so kudos to them!
