Biggby is my magical happy place. Absolutely love everything about it. Could stand to be a little faster but is an excellent place. Way better than Starbucks for sure

I was going to tell about the first girl at drivethru window who said I was too late to use my points card & wouldn’t let me, but a different person came with our drinks and she told me usually its given with the $, but she’ll do it this time! I was impressed and thankful!!

I went for the first time today and ordered the limited edition drink called shark bite and it's really good. If you like blue raspberry and strawberry then you will enjoy this drink!

Drive from Kalamazoo to Plainwell for ice storm power outage day two. Cold, tired and hungry so drive here to this Biggby location. Both young men working were so very welcoming and very down to berth, made my day thank you ❤️

I just wish they would rebuild as ONLY a drive thru cuz the lobby is STILL FREAKING closed! Other than that, we are a Biggby family 💯

I'm a vegetarian and ordered a vegan sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, (I still, eat eggs and cheese). I got on the road for about 5 miles before I opened my sandwich only to find I had a bagel with vegan sausage only. No egg or cheese. Not everyone who orders vegan sausage is a vegan. 😂

Super slow like a snail 🐌 drinks are great but about impossible to get to your drinks. We waited in line for at least a half hour and once your in line there is a cement drive that you can't pull out once your in line. Kids were starting to get annoyed but that's a given! 😃 There dine in has been closed since covid so they only have a drive through.

I used to frequent this Bigby but it's location is horribly engineered for the drive through. Cars in line block entire strip mall parking lot and sometimes even out into traffic on the main road. The coffee is good but a bit pricey (think Starbucks pricing instead of local pricing) The staff are friendly and do their best but whoever owns this franchise should seriously consider moving to a drive through friendly location.
