wanted to speak about the terrible experience i had at 7/11 next to WAWAs. Today was a hot day forgot to put deodorant so i ran out on my lunch break to get a deodorant . I saw this deodorant for that price. The guy behind the register , tall gentlemen with no name tag , took my deodorant scanned it to $5. Went over to show him the price tag he said he can not honor that price cus it changed . So i said no problem , walked to the isle took another type of deodorant. He went to the isle took all the prices out and said he can’t sell me anything . I work retail and whatever price shows has to be honored !

Whoever that jerk was working last night needs training in how to treat customers. My family and I all just got off our respective work shifts and decided to buy milk and maybe some dinner. First off he was constantly on the phone while he was running the register, which I'm pretty sure people would find extremely rude especially if you're in a customer service position. Secondly, because he was on the phone we had to repeat our order of three taquitos several times before he understood what we wanted. We also requested him make fresh wings for us but he refused. Worst 7-eleven location ever, and that guy, if he's the manager, needs to be fired.
