I quit this place due to the lazyness and the filthy there is a female that works there that smokes in the woman's bathroom. if I was u I would not eat here I hope this place gets shut down this is what led up to me quitting please don't give them ur money please care about what ur putting in ur body and feeding ur kids

I worked here when I was a teenager. 0/10 would not recommend. I made $5.15 an hour to start in 2003 and by 2004 I made $5.75 but was training new employees that were making $6.25. When I asked my manager why new employees were making 50 cents more on the hour she said it's against the rules to disucss pay with eachother and yelled at me but said she will give me a 50 cent raise. I got the job at 15 yrs old and at the time was 16 so didn't know much about laws. It is illegal to chastise employees for discussing their pay in the U.S. The national labor relations act gives us the right to discuss our pay. Talk about your pay rate with fellow employees. It's your right to know how much they think you're worth compared to others!

Dont ever go to this place!!!!!!! Manager is nothing but a lazy bon stop smoker outside the doors and none of the employees know how to do anything. Good luck if you even try to get a drink as you will get the incorrect thing. They dont help, smile, or even try to be courteous. Take your money and churn and burn. I repeat this is the worst service and food you willl ever get in Plainfield

If I could give negative stars this place would definitely deserve it. I order a regular quarter pounder with no changes or modifications and this is what I got. A burger with burnt stail bun and with only mayonnaise and cheese. Disgusting! I called to complain and all I got was I know who did that and I'm sorry they did that. They didn't offer a refund or to replace my meal. I emailed their corporate complaints and I all I've gotten was the automated apology email. Still nothing done. This place is bar none the worst McDonalds I've ever been to and I don't know why I keep giving them chances.

This particular McDonald’s lobby was under construction however, I seen that people were walking into the lobby so I thought it was open. Upon walking up the lady ordering inside let me in the door and said she was waiting on her order. The manager came around the corner and rudely said “We do not do orders inside.” This came out of her mouth as they was preparing the other woman’s food. It’s really never what you say but how you say it!!! That manager needs some customer service training and preferably hands on not a just watching a video. There is no use in having a nice lobby if your staff is doesn’t match it!!!
