Brandon was AWESOME! Stopped by a week ago while walking the mall for a snack. The service was UNPARRALLED. Incredibly friendly and patient with 2 folks who had never been to a HotBox Pizza before. The food and service were so awesome we ordered again within a week! Brandon remembered my name, and as someone has done retail for a long time I truly appreciate that! Definitely will be returning to this location in the future!

My first time there with our family today before the movies. Brandon was so super friendly and helpful. He helped me get the best deal for what we were trying to accomplish. The food was fast and so good. Everyone was happy and we left with full bellies. Thanks, Brandon!

I must commend the Store manager Brandon. Customer service at its absolute finest!! I ordered a pizza near closing time and he not only was so kind while taking my order he delivered it to my training store because he was about to close and I was still working! He really went out of his way and was so genuinely kind that it was so refreshing to know that there are still people out there that take pride in their job and in providing spectacular hospitality. I live 25 minutes from this location and I will be making this Hot Box my go to Hot Box from now on simply off the amazing service I received from him. From a store manager to another Brandon continue what you are doing because you are doing a phenomenal job!

I've been coming to this Hot Box with my best friend for about two - three years and in that time we've gotten to know Brandon a little bit -- he always makes sure to say 'Hi!!!" and that we have a great experience and delicious food! Today was no different -- the pizza and breadsticks were AMAZING! And he and Arryn took great care of us! I hope we continue to see his (masked), smiling face for two to three more years!

Excellent customer service from Brandon. He always remembers me AND my girlfriends order every time we call and is super personable. Hands down our favorite pizza place in Plainfield!

A guy wearing a mask took my order. Then 45 minutes later we found out he threw away the order.
They all seem to be those ANTIFA goons. Not the real definition of Antifa. The fake definition like those who have done destruction. It is apparent because I did not get a refund. Only an apology from one who identifies as the manager, but doesn’t care.
We will not ever return.

Was dining in eating when a third party driver arrived to pick up the order. The employees of Hot Box refused to make the drink so the driver who isnt serv safe certified and didn't wash his hands(dasher aren't allowed to use their bathrooms) made a customer's drink. Idk if that's store policy or lazy employees but I will never order delivery from here again that is unsanitary.
