6.3.22 6:15 pm - Drive thru girl didn't listen to my order, even though I had to repeat, and correct her 3 times. Got to the 2nd window to pick up our food and it was wrong. Spoke with the Manager and was told " well, if I wasn't so busy doing like 3 other things I'd get deeper into this". " The girl is new, only her 2nd day, and I can correct your order, but I will have to charge you". By this point I said that's fine. You all made the mistake, and I have to pay to correct. And she said yes. I told her what was missing, and the Manager still didn't get it correct. If you are going to deal with customers, maybe you need to pay attention, or seek a different career path. Sorry, I know mistakes happen, and I don't know what else may have been going on in the background. But, as a Manager you are in a position to lead, not make excuses.

Freaking fast..I was actually very impressed. I placed the order. Was given a cup, my order was ready before I even finished filling my cup. The place was clean and well staffed.

I've been a steady customer for the last 4 years or amor and the same person has been treating me with attitude every time I come in during her shift but this time she got to me so bad that I have decided to leave a review. Her name is Rebecca. She's Hispanic she always gives me attitude especially if I have to have my drink remade. She has no people skills or nor is she professional. An as a member of managment those are 2 important things to have and clearly she nor another Hispanic who is also a manager knows very little when it comes to that..She argues with me when I clearly know what my drink should look like because it's done correctly by everybody else an with no issues. Maybe they should get a refreshment corse on how to talk an treat a customer with being in management those are pretty important things to have cuz I don't come in with an attitude so they should not be giving me one.. So owners of this Mcdonalds establishment maybe you should second think the people that are supposed to be representing your restaurant with professionalism and a positive attitude which these two Hispanic women don't have might I say.. Have a blessed day oh an one more thing. There is one person they should follow an she really represents your restaurant which I think her name is Corarea she makes my drink an she does it right an if for some reason it's not done right she will remake it herself an she doesn't give me adittude at all she's amazing.. That's the kind of person you want an should be proud of the service she gives there..

Horrible. Been there twice. All the tables dirty, needed help at the check out screen, employees went out of their way to avoid me. One employee had "plumbers crack" and walked right past me. Chicken nuggets were not good at all. Doubt I will ever return.

The food was okay but the soda tasted funny so they tasted it and it tasted flat to them. They checked the tank and it was full so they didn't know what was going on with it.

This McDonald's is the newest one in Martinsville,,it was relocated due to the I69 project and I've got to say that this store is a 180 from the old store in a good way
