Chick-fil-a

Amazing food. I go here alot, and never once have gotten a bad meal from here. The workers there are exceptional and the wait is never longer than 15-25 mins. Now with the sauce, I'm not the biggest fan because I don't like some of the stuff that's in it. But some people really like it, so it may just be a me thing.

Always a solid choice! Despite the ridiculously busy pace and huge crowd, they always handle it with extreme efficiency and the staff is never anything but kind, courteous and lightning quick. As always, the food is on point, hot and delicious. Even though the parking arrangement is terrible, it's worth the hassle.

I wasn't sure where to pickup Catering order, I asked an employee that was standing and talking to 3 other employees outside, he said," uh, you park your car and go in". So I did. A sign indicating pickup orders, I waited over 5 min while several employees looked at me, I never once was addressed. I finally asked where do you get catering orders? The person said you have to go to the register. There were two people waiting for orders,no one in line so I went to the register and the same person took money and got my order. I guess I am just used to better customer service from Chick fil a, especially since it was not busy.

We stopped by after looking at a house and were just a smidge early for lunch. They allowed us to order and just wait about 5 minutes for it to cook. Being a huge fan of their nuggets, this time I opted for the chicken sandwich. I had forgotten just how good they are. Delicious! The volume of business they do just confirms that thought. At 10:20 in the morning, we were 5 cars back in a dual-lane drive through and they just kept coming in. Well done Chick-fil-A and thanks for all the good works you do in our community!

I ordered delivery from Chick-Fil-A yesterday. Yes, delivery which surprised me! The food arrived super fast and every bit of it was delicious! The chicken was juicy all around. More restaurants should take note of how Chick-Fil-A does things. They do everything right. Will order and eat again! Great job, Chick-Fil-A!

Been going here almost daily for under a year. It's been all downhill. None of my favorite employees are here anymore they constantly get rid of people I like. The food quality has always been consistent but as of 3 months ago not so much. They constantly forget spoons or my ice cream cones. They forgot my 4.60 dollar yogurt once and I left for good. Not a big loss but my money now goes to Avon chick fil a who has had consistent staff, food and fun. The owner of this chick fil a in Plainfield never sends me rewards either little ungrateful I'm signature member lol. Goodbye
