Panera Bread

Extremely disappointed with the availability of ingredients and quantity of food for the price of the Baja Bowl with Chicken. We were charged full price ($12.30) for a product that was missing a substantial ingredient and offered no substitutions. We ordered from the kiosk at the counter and were notfied that the store was out of corn and black bean salsa. When we selected the option to subtitue the ingredient for something else, there were no other options offered on the screen. Once home, we opened the bowl and it was only half full (see picture). Again, we paid over $12 for the bowl pictured below. This is definitely a limitation of ordering from a computer screen rather than a person. If you go to this location, I wouldn't recommend ordering from the kiosk. I recommend Panera consults with their software developers to have this feature corrected/addressed. I understand that restaurants run out of ingredients, however, there should be an option to select a substitue or the customer should be offered a discount. If a business provides a customer with half the food, it seems logical to assume that the customer should be charged half the price. We are unlikley to return to this location anytime in the near future. We will also be checking our orders prior to leaving the establishment whenever ordering out again.

Nikki is the funniest, sweetest person. I’m feeling kind of blue without my babies tonight ordering some food and her sense of humor and beautiful smile instantly cheered me up. I’ve been having such a hard time lately and she doesn’t know how little her infectious energy made my day that much better. Thank you beautiful lady! PS I love how she interacts with her team and gets in to help!

This Panera location has been having issues with the app, inside the app it says this location is not accepting online orders. I call to place the order and the associates refuse to take my order. I know they can take my order because one of them took a pick-up order from me this morning. This issue has been going on for months. I continually call and tell the managers that the site is down. It’s like they don’t want business. Won’t take a phone order, they push you to the site (which I get) but then the site is down. Do you not want business? 🙄

Girlfriend ordered the Mac and cheese. It came out cold and not tasty whatsoever. When I go back up to ask a worker if we can get one that's hot and fresh, I was told to go microwave it instead which surprised me. If someone serves you something that's not supposed to be cold, you don't tell them "Oh go microwave it." So if you see more past reviews revolving around the mac and cheese, it's true. I don't recommend coming here, it's not worth your money. Some employees here seem like they don't care whatsoever.
