I literally just pulled away from their establishment. I ordered a large fry with cheese. The cheese taste burnt as heck and the fries were old and must have been dipped in the grease to get hot again. They taste like salt and grease.

Absolutely horrible..we were parked for our order..which is no big deal...but our food was taken to another car...that car took the food back inside. I knew they would try to bring me that same food so I went in after the lady from the other car. Explained what happened and they tried to hand me the same bags! I said Absolutely not since it was went through by another person...one of the workers asked if she could throw away the food...makes me wonder how many times they hand out food again that was mistakenly handed out. 99%of the workers there seemed to be higher than kites..they def need better management or something there...it was the stoned leading the stoned...Absolutely horrible

The food was spectacular! The waygu burger is to die for! My only concern is that I asked for my burger well done and it came out medium. And the wait was a tad intolerable, too. Other than that, good experience.

One of the nicer interiors, perfect for small group meetings. There are niches for introverts, too. Menu items to tickle the hunger out of you! And do not deprive the thirsty Jamoca Shake in you. Chow down in a fantastically aesthetic setting.

Our local Arby's is always a filthy mess. The staff want to be there even less everything we go there. I go for the delicious orange cream shakes but the machine is not working on average 7 out of 10 times. This place needs to get it together. It's sad watching Arby's fall off so badly. Id hate to see them totally shut down due to a total lack of consistency with the food and obvious managerial issues. This problem comes from the top down. Bummer.

Order from door dash if they get the order right. It's a banner day. The thing that bothers me most, is they never send any condiments. I ordered jalapeno poppers,it says e comes with bronco berry sauce.None there.nothing do the employees have to pay for them their self . Just wondering.

All I can say is the best part of the meal was the drink. And don't expect them to be able to tell you about their products.
