Burger King

For fast food place that has so little employees they try to do their best. I've never seen people hustle so fast with so little. But the food still came out ok. Nothing was missing nothing was wrong for our order for two people. The place was decently clean for a fast food place although some of the condiments needed replacing they probably can't get to them because there were so many people at the drive-in window and at the counter.

I have been on keto for a few months and have been to different burger kings in the area that usually over charge me and won’t let me buy a side of pickles. Today I stopped at burger king near walmart and not only did they make it as cheap as possible they gave me a box of pickles on the side for free. Very good customer service. I will be returning!

First off I want to say the food here is always super fresh no matter what time of the day. I come here often because of the hospitality my family and I receive from the manager Amanda. She is super sweet and helpful. Usually when she is not there, the food is still great but the customer experience is not as great.

Popped through the BK Pittston drive-thru on my way home from a shopping trip. This was the first time I've tasted the freshest food from a fast food place in a very long time. I barely eat fast food anymore because I'm old enough to know how much the quality has diminished. Occasionally I'll grab something lite, if it's fried there seems to be the rancid taste attached from un-changed oil in the fryers, but that was certainly not the case at this BK, atleast not on this day. Kudos to what looked to be 3 staff at most in the building, you obviously still care about providing quality.

I pulled in and being from outta town passing through I was starving. I noticed the lobby was closed but drive through was not. My vehicle is about a foot too tall for drive thru. I call inside and the manager (Kim Patton) actually came to the door, took my order, and brought my food to my van! Whaaatt! BK customer satisfaction? I’d say so!

It never fails, it is only about a 50/50 chance that you will get the frozen drink you are looking for at this location. Not sure if it is the time I visit, usually late evening, or they have an older machine. It always seems to be on defrost and can't be used. Otherwise this location is great... friendly and prompt service. Special orders are almost always exactly what's requested.
