I visited on the evening of 7/10/23 for a quick bite. I had the Turkey Bacon Club sandwich with curly fries and a side of jalapeno poppers.
Counter service was great - warmly welcoming and very efficient.
The food was good and made to order with no issues.

Great food service was a little slow but it was a large order and they were short staffed. But every other time I've been there it's been great all around the board.

Drive thru, was busy. Got our correct order the first time with minimal effort. They have the meat.

Arbys is always our go to however we went to the one in pitston and it was horribe the rolls were stale and the sandwich was cold and the curly fries were cold and hard will never go to that one again beware

Went through the drive thru I had Classic Roast Beef was good as always, if you already had one they didn't change. Got curly fries with it, not a big fan at all but when your hungry,, I wonder why they don't have regular fries? There was no one there so the service was fast.

I had never been to an Arby's before. But my family and I had been on the road all day, covering over 700 miles. We stopped for gas for the final 100 miles and spotted Arby's next to the gas station. We decided to get some dinner.
Not knowing the ropes, we needed a lot of help and had to ask a lot of questions to create an order. We have 2 children and they could not understand the menus. I was embarrassed that we took so long and asked so many questions. I am telling you this to heap praise on the young man behind the counter. He was patient, helpful, polite, and gracious. He is a credit to the store and the company.
When we received our food we went to a table and sat down. The food was fresh, tasty, and the restaurant was clean. We all enjoyed our meal and were refreshed, ready for the road to complete our journey. Yes, we DID ring the bell on our way out.
Why only 4/5 for the "Food" rating? As I said, the food was fresh, hot and tasty. But frankly, I thought the portions were a bit small. Overall, Arby's, as represented by this store is 5/5 and I will remember this store on my next trip!
