Driving along Penn Avenue the smell of the place will draw you in, and the quality of the cooking and inviting outdoor space will have you happy that you stopped in and tried it. Thoroughly enjoyed the rib sandwich, with fig jam, crunchy pickles, and on a perfectly toasted bun. Nice selection of draft beer, along with a few other alcoholic drinks. The new, terraced patio is laid out nicely with awnings, heaters, fans, and a few high top tables with fireplace built-in. Definitely check it out if you enjoy barbecue.

Where do I begin? Extremely clean, excellent customer service and the food was delicious! We went to Spork with an appetite so that we could appreciate and taste the flavor of everything. The ribs were tender and succulent, not a coffee drinker but this was my top BBQ sauce. The collards were tender with a robust amount of spice through every bite. The Mac was delicious, creamy, and cheesy. We also enjoyed the cornbread, chili, sausage, and smoked turkey. I highly recommend Spork and thank you for your amazing hospitality!

AMAZING. MY husband and I just ate there from getting take out and MA GAWD. The meat was tender as all get out and the smoked flavor (which is what I NEED or I won't eat) was exceptional. The seasoning was on point and the sauces were mouth watering and only added to the flavor. If you want, ney need a good Bbq joint look no further. Definitely made regulars out of us. 20/10!!!!
