My server on my last visit was great however getting a good server is a dice roll. The quality of service has gone down at this location. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Smaller portions of food for more money, at times employees act like they don't really want to be there, and the cleanliness of the restaurant is another dice roll. I love IHOP pancakes so I take my chances and pray over my food.

They need a manager present on the weekend , what I experience on 5/14/2022 was unacceptable , I went in for a quick dine .. I was seated and not attended to for about 10 mins or possibly more. On top of that the staff is full of children who don’t care about their jobs .. they sit on they phones and text you have a couple that apparently work together because instead of assisting customers they were sharing a long extended hug .. to be honest this is not how an establishment should conduct themselves and these teens your hiring is going to cost you business. horrible experience please train your staff especially the younger ones

We got the chocolate chip and chocolate base pancakes with chocolate syrup. But I have one question: where is my chocolate syrup??? There wasn't as much chocolate chips as I expected and the chocolate base was okay at best. Also why the hell was I given 7 packs of regular syrup and butter? Do you expect me to use 1 pack of each PER pancake? Is this how you give your customer the diabetes because it's working. I can feel it in my veins. I give this a rating of 2 diabetics out of 5 😑
