Really bad attitude customer service of Maribel M. My own experience today couple hours ago . Trying to order my self something to eat and the same time I'm getting a delivery to be pick up and she just yelling at me telling me food to be pick up is inside now and every single orders. So I asked her is that mean I can't order my own food in the drive thru? She's yelling upset on the microphone drive thru "Everything is inside now to be done"!!! So I told her they should put a sign drive thru are close. So nobody could go drive thru to order food. Since she yelled at me clearly saying that everything need to be done inside!!!!so I park my car and go inside order my food and instead of saying 'welcome to KFC can pls take your orders'! NOPE she was still yelling at me and bad attitude asking me what do you want? After handling my food and my ATM. She give me an attitude yelling at me that she will report me for ordering at drive thru or for being a costumer just want to order and pick up some orders????

I like KFC in general. When it comes to fast food, its important to have a fast friendly service and a clean places. Many fast foods lacking all of those components. This KFc was oK. 3 out 5. Next time I come if it becomes better I will change. But for now its 3 stars. Honestly, I understand that employees don’t care working minimum wage but, sorry. It is what it is. We cant give 5 stars for being sorry about employees. Please, work on that! Thank you!

I recommend you dont come by their drive thru. It is the worse operations I've seen. The lady at the speaker is usually always working the speaker. She can be rude most of the time. Often times there is always a ONE problem like not having chicken on hand. Your a chicken fast food place and your out of chicken. Specially during the rush you have to prepared. They pull you around 90 percent of the time, why? To keep pushing orders coming in and not hold up the line. They tell you to park on the red zone in front of there building next to the sign. Just bad business after all.

In comparison to the other fast foods around, this KFC had the best customer service this Easter. We had to stop at 3 other fast foods that were either closed or “their systems were down” before trying this KFC for the first time & the lady who took our order was super kind & quick. Definitely coming back again.
