Service is bad to often. Meals missing ingredients or food not cook thoroughly.

It was a sunny Sunday afternoon during COVID. We ordered Filet-O-Fish meals at driveby, and also saw several people ate at their vehicles. The sandwich and fries were fine when they were still hot. However, restaurant personnel forgot to put ketchup and napkins in the bag.

This morning decided to get a Big breakfast that suppose to have pancakes, eggs, English muffin, sausage snd hash brown - sausage and pancake syrup was missing. Also bought a Apple fritter and that was stale ( taste like it’s a week old) I tried calling the store 25 times and someone would answer the phone but hang up. This store is awful!!!!

Be careful . They are not always correct about the contents of your order . I just ordered two hash browns, two sausage biscuits and two cinnamon rolls . When they gave the order , I asked if the hash browns were in the bag . They said yes. I get home and they are not . It js not the first time it happens

Asked for extra Mac sauce and boy did I get it. Way too much and the fries were cold before we left the window.

We get it's McDonald's and you don't serve salads anymore...but no greens on sandwiches is stupid. We ordered sandwiches light on mayo and got nothing but patties and a bun

They are kicking out students who are hungry they frfr kicked us out cause we’re Mexican they are very racist no one should come here there service is terrible and we are black so that’s a other reason they just lost a lot of money because they don’t wanna serve students they are very mean and hurt my feelings I’m very sad and I wish I was white so they can serve me to feed hungry people they are racist
