Sonic Drive-in

Just passing through town decided to stop and get something to eat it wasn't the normal service that I would normally get from Sonic my food was ordered it was promptly brought out you have to appreciate that at least but my chicken sandwich that I ordered with cheese did not have cheese on it my fries were cold and over salted and my strawberry limeade just had one strawberry come on Sonic y'all got to do better than that. Not mentioning something else just before the work release van showed up come on Sonic

This used to be the best Sonic in the area, but the quality has dropped drastically. I ordered a chicken fried steak sandwich tonight, my wife ordered a number 1, we both got tots, and an order of cheddar peppers. The chicken fried steak was thin and tough as shoe leather. My wife was able to eat her burger, even though it was cold. I took one bite of my sandwich, threw it, the cold tots, and the cold cheddar peppers away. It will be a long time before I go back.

Always pleasant and quick, this location has mostly good interactions. They failed in a major way right after Hurricane Laura, giving us someone else's order, giving us about $12 when we paid for $40 and then closed before we could even get it fixed. Didn't bother to even attempt to fix that very costly mistake at a time when most of our community was facing rebuild or clean up in some way. This visit was quick, friendly and CORRECT. Of which we were thankful after paying 3 times the cost of what we got after a natural disaster. I would recommend this place only when they are not very busy and there is not any kind of situation that could cause such a costly mistake to others.
