Sonic Drive-in

*keep in mind the manager Tristan is still in training* My husband put in an order on the app and we got there he signed in. We waited the order was scanned out and went off the screen. We waited about 20min nothing. He hits the red button tells them what's going on and we that we haven't got our order. They say it'll be right out. We wait about 10minutes. Nothing. We hit the button and ask for a refund. He comes the manager Tristan (not sure if this is how his name is spelled ) but let me tell you he was the most polite person. He explained what happened and that's why I'm giving them a 5 star review. I've ordered from here in the past and food been fine but for something to come up and us ask for a refund and still be treated with 5 star service! Thank you to the manager for taking his time out to explain what the hiccup was and being so kind. Definitely will stop back by the next time I have an itch for a quick sonic snack.

My husband ordered me a bacon cheeseburger meal w/ a coke on tonight was told out of 🥓..I feel like that was a lie.. Five seconds after ordering my meal the order was ready..My husband stated "that was quick"...We make it home and burger had no cheese, cold, meat burnt, hard chunks of lettuce just to name a few of the problems with that burger..Call ask for manager(after two attempts they finally answered)..Ally or whatever her name was asked me who's asking after I asked who am I speaking to?? I told her my problem & she told me to come back and they'll do it over fresh (almost 25 minute drive).. They added cheese 🧀 to the same burger I brought back & fries cold just horrible. I wish I could show the picture but it won't let me..Y'all have kids clowning/playing around and serving ppl trash on the night shift..u know the one's responsible for their checks . At this point I'm calling corporate bc this the second @9:30 pm this happened..Y'all close at 10pm still no reason for this. Stop apologizing to customers about the problem and do something about it..just sad! Fire the whole night shift at this point!!! I paid for fresh hot food not cold and old food. Would u eat cold and old food??? This store needs to be shut down immediately before someone gets food poisoning 🤢🤮😱👎 I gave a one star bc it would not let me leave the ⭐ blank. This gets zero ⭐⭐⭐ Threw that mess in the trash & went to bed hungry😡🤬😡🤬

Great place for many a years... always a good place to go if you can't decide on what to eat... coneys, cheese tots, burgers, specialty sandwiches, variety of drinks and flavors, frito pie wraps, etc etc... drive-thru or park up in an order station/car booth and chill/relax... you hungry @the time of reading this, go get yous some Sonic action... l8r to all and to all: have a great day, week, month, year and life... peace. ✌️
